1、【精品文档】如有侵权，请联系网站删除，仅供学习与交流防撞墙施工工艺.精品文档.京承高速公路第四合同段防撞护栏施工工艺 编制: 复核:京承高速公路第四合同段聊城市公路工程总公司项目经理部二五年四月二十日一、具体施工方法1、防撞墙施工防撞墙采用逐跨施工方案。为防止防撞墙混凝土干缩和主梁挠度变化造成护栏开裂，在跨中,中间墩墩顶,跨径四分之一处立端模设施工缝. 1）施工放样按照护栏必须美观、防撞的要求，先按设计坐标每隔5米放出护栏内侧坐标点，并用墨线弹出内外侧边线，然后用水平仪每隔5米测出预制梁顶（边梁栏杆根部）实测高程，并根据护栏顶面设计高程，确定钢筋的安装高度，具体放样布置如下图。2）钢筋加工及安
2、装钢筋的下料及加工按图纸要求进行，在安装护栏钢筋前，需根据放样确定的护栏边线对T梁的护栏预埋筋进行逐根较正，安装时，根据钢筋的安装高度，先点焊隔一定的距离几根定位钢筋，然后在定位的钢筋顶面之间用拉线的方法确定其余钢筋的顶面高程，先点焊定位后按要求进行焊接，主筋安装焊接满足要求后，按设计要求绑扎纵向钢筋，其纵向钢筋在施工缝处均断开，钢筋安装完成后。 2）模板安装为了保证模板具备有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性，能可靠地承受施工过程中可能产生的各种荷载，保证结构的设计形状、尺寸和各部件之间相互位置的准确。采用定型设计，厂制钢模板，模板长设计为内侧模板3m，外侧模板3m，模板加工成阴阳口。模板安装前，先根
3、据放出的栏杆边线弹出模板的外口线，并用水平仪定出每块模板下口的安装高程，模板的线型通过在桥面铺装时预留的两排钢筋，来调整模板的线型（见附图）。用砂浆每隔1米设置一个调平座，保证模板安装标高符合要求。模板的平面定位根据弹出的模板外口线，使模板外口与墨线吻合，护栏内模与外模之间用上下拉杆加固，并在上拉杆加内撑，保证护栏断面尺寸符合要求，用螺丝连接，模板接缝采用胶处理，保证模板接缝不漏浆。模板安装完毕后用砂浆敷设下部空隙，待砂浆凝固后即可浇筑砼。施工时注意预埋泄水管,泄水管采用直径120毫米的 PVC管预留孔,然后安设直径115毫米的铸铁管和栅盖。3）砼施工及养护采用砼运输车运到施工现场，卸下铺在桥
4、面上的钢板上，用人工铲到模板内，砼采用纵向分层法浇筑，每层厚度不超过30cm，当浇筑到变截面处，应加强振捣，确保气泡排出，采用50型插入式振动棒振捣。砼浇注完毕，在砼初凝之后终凝前，进行顶面收光，采用钢摸进行收光。砼浇筑完毕后，应及时进行养生，采用覆盖毡布，洒水养生，保持砼表面湿润，养生期不少于7天。2、内侧护栏座的施工.1)电缆托架的施工.在内侧护栏施工时,先施工电缆托架,电缆托架每两米设一道,布设时要与泄水管错开,托架采用5槽钢焊接而成,焊接尺寸应与现场一致,以免造成安装困难。2）内侧护栏施工.a.测量放线按照护栏的美观要求,先按设计坐标每米放出护栏外侧坐标点,并向内平移30cm，用墨线弹
5、出控制线,然后每隔3米算出护拦边线到控制线的距离，每隔1米测一处标高，并做一调平带，来控制立模的高度.b.钢筋加工.钢筋加工同防撞墙要求。c.模板安装.模板采用具有足够刚度强度和稳定的定型模板,模板每节长度为3米，接口为平口，侧模加固采用桥面上预留的钢筋做为支撑,顶设12的拉杆固定，底模采用竹胶板加工成本盒子，采用拉杆法固定，模板接缝处采用双面胶处理，保证拼缝不漏浆（具体加固如下图）。d.混凝土浇筑砼采用搅拌站集中搅拌,砼运输车运至现场,插入式振动棒振捣密实.砼浇筑时注意预埋件位置的准确。5)砼质量评定标准护栏的检查项目项次检查项目规定值或允许偏差检查方法1砼强度(Mpa)在合格标准内按JTJ

7、技术参数，按规范规定的抽检数进行抽样调查，发现问题及时纠正并采用取补救措施。5.推行全面质量管理，广泛开展群众性的QC小组活动，重点实行技术交底制度。6做好生产班组的自检、互检和交检以及专检工作。施工中实行工序交接制度，上道工序完成，经检验合格后方可交接，进行下道工序的施工。7加强质量教育，提高全体职工的质量意识。四、安全保证措施1对现场的工人进行安全生产的教育和培训，经考核合格后，方准许其进入操作岗位。2对起重、焊接和车辆驾驶等特殊工种的工人，进行专门的安全操作训练。3设立每周一次的安全活动日，在班前班后会上检查安全生产的活动情况，并对职工进行经常性的安全宣传活动。4建立健全各项安全生产的规
