6、土清理完毕，钢筋表面的锈蚀和浮浆清理干净。2.3.4 墙柱移位钢筋已按1：6进行调整。3、工艺措施及做法3.1墙体、暗柱钢筋安装3.1.1施工工艺放墙、柱位置线、控制线放浮浆剔凿线剔凿浮浆施工缝验收绑扎竖筋绑扎暗柱及门窗过梁钢筋绑扎墙体水平钢筋设置拉钩及绑扎垫块钢筋工程隐蔽验收砼浇筑时钢筋的复查维护3.1.2施工要求3.1.2.1接茬浮浆剔除、清理干净，并用清水冲洗验收合格。3.1.2.2检查预留钢筋的位置、间距、保护层的厚度等是否满足图纸要求。如有移位的钢筋，按1：6的比例调整到正确位置后，方可进行钢筋连接。如图所示：3.1.2.3箍筋与主筋应垂直，弯钩叠合处沿四角纵向钢筋方向错开设置，绑扎
7、结向里， 尾丝压向内侧，第一道箍筋距地50mm。3.1.2.4暗柱中直径16的钢筋采用直螺纹连接，暗柱中直径16的钢筋采用绑扎搭接，接头示意如下3.1.2.5暗柱中纵筋采用搭接连接时，在纵筋搭接长度范围内箍筋应按100mm（且5d，d为搭接钢筋较小直径）加密，以红白相间的标识杆控制箍筋，保证箍筋间距均匀。3.1.2.6暗柱定位箍筋位于模板上口200mm处。确保主筋相对位置及保护层厚度。3.1.2.7暗柱中竖向钢筋搭接时，角部箍筋的弯钩平面与模板面夹角为45度。3.1.2.8暗柱绑扎完毕后,为防止暗柱主筋位置偏移,在门窗洞口过梁上应再绑扎一道箍筋，同时放置暗柱主筋定位支架，见下图：3.1.2.9
8、剪力墙采用水平梯格筋、F卡等限位措施。F卡间距600mm，水平梯格筋设置在墙体上口200mm处。3.1.2.10起步筋的绑扎：竖向起步筋距墙体暗柱边缘50mm，水平起步筋距结构顶板上皮50mm。3.1.2.11墙体钢筋连接与搭接做法同暗柱做法。3.1.2.12绑扎水平筋时要注意水平筋在墙体拐角及丁字墙处的锚固长度要求，应同时符合设计和规范的要求，见下图：3.1.2.13在搭接长度内采用三点绑扎和其它钢筋交叉绑扎时，不得省去三点绑扎，且在搭接长度内必须绑扎三根水平筋或立筋.如图：3.1.2.14为保证暗柱、过梁处的墙体水平筋保护层达到设计要求，所有暗柱、暗梁主筋保护层以保证外侧墙体水平筋保护层为
9、原则进行调整，暗柱竖筋在过梁主筋外侧，墙水平筋在暗梁箍筋外侧。3.1.2.15墙筋绑扎后，在该层墙砼浇筑高度上300mm设一道水平梯格筋，防止墙体钢筋在砼浇筑时出现位移。3.1.2.16墙体采用塑料垫块，垫块设置在水平筋上，成梅花型布置，间距不大于600mm，第一排垫块距地为300mm，最上一块垫块距模板上口不大于300mm。3.1.2.17门窗洞口处设置固定门口模板的定位筋（端头用无齿锯切割，且涂刷防锈漆）。且定位筋焊在附加的U形铁上，不得焊在受力筋上，而U形铁应绑扎在主筋上。3.1.2.18洞口附加筋 剪力墙上有小洞，且洞口各边长小于300时，墙体钢筋可绕开洞边，不需截断，并可不设置洞边加
10、强筋，见下图：剪力墙上长边大于300而小于800的洞，按下图加筋： 剪力墙上长边大于800而小于1500的洞，按下图加筋： 墙体变截面钢筋绑扎时，按下图构造施工： 剪力墙及暗柱竖向筋顶部构造 暗梁的箍筋，应于梁主筋垂直设置，箍筋弯钩叠合处应沿受力钢筋方向错开设置。 所有墙体内横向钢筋在连梁范围内通长设置。 当洞口边设有暗柱时，墙顶连梁及非顶层梁的箍筋绑扎见下图：3.2框支柱钢筋绑扎3.2.1工艺流程弹墙柱位置边线、模板外控制线清理浮浆到全部露出石子清理柱筋污渍修整底层伸出的柱预留钢筋将柱子箍筋叠放在预留钢筋机械连接柱子竖向钢筋在柱顶绑定距框在柱子竖向钢筋上绑皮数杆按标识的间距将箍筋从上到下与柱
11、子竖向钢筋绑扎插墙体水平筋、暗柱拉筋、开口箍筋3.2.2 施工要点： 墙柱外皮线放好后，检查钢筋的位置、间距、保护层的厚度是否满足图纸要求。如有位移的钢筋，按1：6的比例调整到正确位置后，方可进行钢筋连接。 连接套规格与钢筋规格必须一致。连接之前应检查钢筋螺纹及连接套螺纹是否完好无损，钢筋螺纹头上如发现杂物或锈蚀，用钢丝刷清除。 连接时先用扳手将连接套与下端的钢筋拧到位，然后再将上部的钢筋拧到位。 钢筋外露丝扣不得超过一个完整扣。每连接完一个接头必须立即用红油漆作上标记，防止漏拧。 柱根部第一道箍筋起步距砼顶板面为50mm。绑扎箍筋前，沿柱主筋先绑好皮数杆，然后严格按照杆上标识绑扎箍筋。 箍筋
12、要闪开直螺纹接头位置。箍筋与主筋要垂直和密贴，箍筋与主筋交点均要绑扎牢固。 箍筋的弯钩叠合处应沿柱子竖筋交错布置，并绑扎牢固。 框支柱主筋机械连接采用I级接头，接头错开50%，在非转换层甩头长度见03G329-1图集中框架柱。 框支柱在转换层封头处配筋构造要求如下图：3.3框支梁钢筋绑扎：3.3.1 工艺流程：画主次梁箍筋间距放主次梁箍筋穿主梁底层纵筋及弯起筋穿次梁底层纵筋及弯起筋并与箍筋固定逐层穿主梁腰筋穿主梁上层纵向架立筋按箍筋间距绑扎穿次梁上层纵向钢筋按箍筋间距绑扎。3.3.2 施工要点 本工程中的框支梁考虑钢筋原材定尺、跨度、锚固后纵向受力筋均有连接的情况，连接采用滚压直螺纹工艺I级接
13、头连接，接头错开百分率25%。箍筋弯钩叠合部分沿梁上部纵筋相互错开。 框支梁纵筋端头锚固构造见下图：3.4顶板钢筋安装3.4.1施工工艺在模板上弹出钢筋的位置线下铁绑扎水电土建预留、预埋安放马凳上铁绑扎下铁垫块搭设马道隐蔽工程验收浇筑砼时的复查维护3.4.2施工要求3.4.2.1清理干净模板上杂物，顶板钢筋根据其间距道道弹线绑扎。3.4.2.2楼板钢筋上、下铁的弯钩朝向要严格控制，不得平躺。3.4.2.3楼板的钢筋绑扎完毕后，应加强成品保护，负筋下加马凳，防止板上负筋被踩下来。浇筑前砼工长应严格检查，在浇筑过程中看筋人员应对重点部位旁站。3.4.2.4板筋绑扎时采用八字扣或顺口，绑扎结尾丝压向
14、板内，外围钢筋交叉处应全部绑扎，其它交叉点可交错绑扎。钢筋搭接处绑扎处至少为3道扣。3.4.2.5楼板保护层为15mm，在下层钢筋下放置垫块，并以600mm间距呈梅花型布置。3.4.2.6板内的受力钢筋应距墙或梁边50mm开始设置。3.4.2.7图纸中未注明板下铁伸入支座尺寸时，下铁应伸入支座15d且至少到支座中线位置。3.4.2.8楼板、梁预留洞必须与设备、电气专业配合进行预留，同时作好洞口的补强，不得后凿洞。3.4.2.9浇筑砼时搭设临时马道，严禁踩踏顶板钢筋。浇筑过程中看筋人员应对楼梯、插筋等重点部位进行旁站，发现问题及时处理。3.5楼梯钢筋安装3.5.1根据设计图纸中主筋、分布筋的方向
15、，先绑扎楼梯梁筋后绑扎楼梯板筋，先绑扎主筋后绑扎分布筋，每个交点均应绑扎。板筋要锚固到楼梯梁内1aE。3.5.2垫块要垫好，牢固防止滑落，要用铅丝绑扎牢固。3.6 直螺纹钢筋连接的施工3.6.1施工工艺钢筋就位取下钢筋保护措施接头拧紧作标记施工检验3.6.2施工要点3.6.2.1直径16的主筋采用直螺纹连接，接头要相互错开，同一截面接头钢筋面积不得大于钢筋总截面面积的50%。3.6.2.2直螺纹连接前,在距端头50mm处划线,控制套管两端丝头等距，被连接的两钢筋端面应处于连接套的中间位置，偏差不大于一个螺距，并用扳手拧紧，使两根钢筋端面顶紧。钢套筒连接时必须外露钢筋丝扣，但外露丝扣不得多于一个
16、。3.6.2.3现场直螺纹接头取样后的补强措施：接头施工试验现场取样后，钢筋的补强方法为绑扎搭接，搭接范围内箍筋间距5d（或100mm取小值）。3.6.2.4套管将钢筋连接后，进行验收，验收合格后要做好标记，以表示该接头验收合格。4、质量要求4.1钢筋安装完毕，应及时组织自检、隐检和下道工序的交接检4.2在绑扎过程中，要严格检查钢筋的数量、品种、规格、间距、搭接长度、搭接位置、锚固长度及保护层厚度。4.3混凝土浇筑前，所有钢筋应用所塑料套管进行保护，防止混凝土浇筑时污染钢筋。4.4制作专用尺杆，画上钢筋间距，以用于检查钢筋验收水平筋、竖向钢筋的间距、位置，以及加密区的范围及钢筋间距。4.5在梁
17、板模板支完后，放一次梁、墙、柱位置控制线，用于调整竖向钢筋位置，梁板钢筋绑扎完成，在进行第二次放线，进一步核对竖向钢筋位置，准确无误后方可浇筑梁板砼。4.6对所有不能到位的钢筋，按1:6调整后才能允许绑扎。4.7弯钩朝向正确，浇注砼时，设专人看筋。4.8为保证工序搭接顺利，钢筋分层分段验收，土建、水电设备预留预埋及时插入并验收，以避免返工拆筋。4.9本道工序完成后，各班组实行自检和互检。4.10钢筋安装允许偏差符合下表规定：项次项 目允许偏差值（mm）检查方法1绑扎骨架宽、高4尺量长度82受力主筋间距8尺量排距4弯起点位置153箍筋、构造筋间距10尺量连续五个间距4受力主筋保护层基础5尺量柱、
18、梁3楼板、墙35梁板受力钢筋拉接锚固长度入支座、节点搭接+8、-4尺量入支座、节点锚固46直螺纹接头外露丝扣套筒外露整扣1个目测5、其它要求5.1 质量保证措施5.1.1 钢筋绑扎基本原则5.1.1.1七不准原则 混凝土接槎未清到露出石子，不准绑扎钢筋； 钢筋污染未清净，不准绑扎钢筋； 放线工未弹线，不准绑扎钢筋； 未检查钢筋定位情况，不准绑扎钢筋； 偏位钢筋未按1：6进行矫正，不准绑扎钢筋； 未检查钢筋接头错开长度或接头位置不符合要求，不准绑扎钢筋； 未检查钢筋接头质量合格前，不准绑扎钢筋；5.1.1.2五不验原则 钢筋绑扎未完成不验收； 钢筋定位措施不到位不验收； 钢筋保护层垫块不合格、达
19、不到要求不验收； 钢筋纠偏不合格不验收； 钢筋绑扎未严格按技术交底施工不验收。5.1.2认真执行挂牌制，标明规格、尺寸、负责人、日期、施工中除按以上标牌检查外，还要挂出专用牌，内容包括负责人、操作者、日期、质量等级、自检结果等。5.1.3施工完毕要将该道工序的负责人、质量情况、日期等写清，做到责任清楚，检查方便。5.1.4坚持实行自检、专检、交接检制度。施工班组负责人认真按照本项目部所编写的自检、交接检标准认真填写。5.2成品保护5.2.1成型钢筋应按指定地点堆放，用木方子垫整齐、防止钢筋变形、腐蚀、粘上油污。5.2.2板上铁绑扎时要求设置马凳。5.2.3浇筑砼时，振捣棒不准触动钢筋，并设专人
20、随时校正钢筋位置。5.2.4浇筑砼前，为防止砼污染钢筋，将钢筋上套塑料套管以保护钢筋。5.2.5加强材料管理，实行定额管理制度，防止浪费。5.2.6设专职成品保护员进行管理和监督。5.2.7加强对水电专业的管理，水电预埋管盒要方正、准确，且不得破坏已绑扎成型的钢筋。5.2.8混凝土浇筑前必须搭设600mm宽的马道，防止踩踏钢筋。5.2.9拆模时，风道、预留孔洞处拆模应由下向上拆除，禁止凿动钢筋。5.2.10钢筋表面不得沾染油污等杂物。5.3安全措施5.3.1钢筋加工现场必须保持道路畅通， 危险部位必须设置明显标志。5.3.2机械必须设置防护措施，每台机械必须一机一闸，并设漏电保护开关。5.3.
21、3搬运钢筋时要注意前后方向有无碰撞危险或被钩挂料物，人工抬运钢筋上肩卸料要注意安全。5.3.5在高空安装钢筋应选好位置站稳，系好安全带，挂在上方固定处。5.3.5绑扎墙柱，梁钢筋由专业架子工搭设脚手架。5.3.6焊机接地良好，不准在露天雨水天的环境下工作，焊接场所不能使用易燃材料搭设，焊工操作要佩带防护用品。用火前工开引火证，设专人看火，并有灭火用具。5.4环保及文明施工5.4.1现场内设专人打扫卫生，定时洒水，保持现场干净整洁，无杨尘。5.4.2 3施工人员严禁打闹、嬉戏或大声喧哗。（英文版 ） easily blame, to prevent the broken window effec
