1、精选优质文档-倾情为你奉上中国移动通信集团山西有限公司7750SR设备常见故障处理指导书 上海贝尔阿尔卡特股份有限公司 工程服务部 二零零七年十月 1 检查硬件运行状态1.1 7750 SR硬件介绍7750 SR由机箱、SF/CPM、IOM、MDA构成。7750 SR分为SR-12、SR-7、SR-1 3种型号。SR-12 共有12个插槽，其中2个插槽为主控板（SF/CPM）插槽，10个插槽为业务板插槽，最多可插10个IOM、20个MDA。SR-7共有7个插槽，其中2个插槽为主控板（SF/CPM）插槽，5个插槽为业务板插槽，最多可插5个IOM，10个MDA。SR-1主控板固化在机箱内，不需要外
2、配主控板和IOM，最多提供2个MDA插槽。7750 SR-12的IOM 槽位从左起至右编号为1至10槽，板卡为垂直方向定位。每个IOM上目前最多可以安装2个MDA，MDA的编号为上槽slot 1，下槽slot 2。 7750 SR-12最多可以安装2块SF/CPM，位于中间2槽，这2个槽位被分别命名为slots A 和B。至少1个SF/CPM 必须安装，冗余的SF/CPM工作在 stanby状态，一旦主用SF/CPM出现故障，冗余SF/CPM将自动接管系统控制。7750 SR-12在面板前部安装滤风器、SF/CPM、 IOM,、和MDA，电源和风扇在后部安装。 见图1和图2。图1: 7750

5、slot #3上，系统启动时首先寻找boot.ldr 文件，如果找不到boot.ldr，系统将不停重启，直到成功找到boot.ldr。在找到boot.ldr 文件后系统开始根据BOF文件中的配置初始化，BOF文件应当与boot.ldr放在同一个驱动器中，BOF文件中含有操作系统和配置文件等参数。如果找不到BOF文件，系统将提示人工指定一个操作系统和配置文件。配置文件中包括机箱、IOM、MDA、板卡的配置以及系统、路由协议和业务的配置。使用show boot-messages 命令查看最近一次启动的启动信息： ALA-# show boot-messages =cf3:/bootlog.txt=

19、 / :/ / /_/ /_/ /_/Time from clock is THU JAN 04 04:46:58 2007 UTC1.3 检查管理连接状态1.3.1 Console 口连接7750 SR 提供本地Console口进行系统管理，在水平摆放时，Console口位于SF/CPM左部，如图3所示： 图3：Console口Console连接故障排查如果不能建立Console连接，最可能的原因是仿真终端的设置问题，仿真终端的正确设置参见表3：表3：Console口配置参数 另外问题的原因可能与Console线的管脚分布有关，7750 SR Console线为9针一公头一母头全直通线，管脚
