1、Unit 4 Then and nowPart B Lets learn; Listen, match and say第4课时一、教学目标1. 能够听、说、读、写go cycling,ice-skate,play badminton。2. 能够正确运用本课新学词汇及学过的句型谈论或描述过去和现在的活动。3. 能够完成活动:看图听音连线,并说一说。二、教学重点及难点重点:词汇:go cycling,ice-skate,play badminton。句型:I didnt like winter before. I thought it was too cold, and I couldnt go
2、cycling.Now I love to ice-skate, so I like winter.难点:能够正确运用本课新学词汇及学过的句型谈论或描述过去和现在的活动。三、教学过程Step 1 Warm-up1. Look and say教师展示How did they change?活动练习,让学生仿照范例进行对话,练习用过去式描述生活中的变化。T: Before we start our new lesson, lets look at the example and then you practice it so as to review what we learned last le
3、sson.设计意图:通过仿照范例进行对话,练习用过去式描述生活中的变化,复习巩固本单元所学的重点内容。2. Look, say and sort 教师出示图片及活动词汇,让学生读一读,然后按照季节进行归类。T: Well done! Now please read the phrases, and sort them according to seasons.设计意图:通过听说分类,感知每个季节的活动,引入话题。Step 2 Presentation1. Look, listen and learnT: Now lets start to learn some new words of spo

The first one is go cycling.(1) go cycling教师出示cycling的单词卡片,讲解单词,并带读。之后讲解go cycling,学生跟读。(2) ice-skate 教师出示ice-skate的单词卡片,讲解并带读,学生跟读。 (3) play badminton教师出示badminton的单词卡片,讲解并带读,学生跟读。 之后讲解play badminton,学生跟读。设计意图:图片及文字,讲授本课重点词汇,帮助学生牢记。2. Lets read呈现词汇,全班一起读、分组读、个人读。T: Now lets read the words toge
5、ther and then in groups, at last individually.设计意图:通过不同方式的朗读,帮助学生再次练习巩固短语的发音。3. Look, say and translate课件快速闪现刚学的词汇,让学生说出看到的单词,并翻译。T: Now lets play a game. You should say the English words and translate it.设计意图:通过游戏的方式,提高学生的学习兴趣,进一步巩固本课时所学词汇。4. Listen, follow and learn播放Lets learn 部分的录音,让学生听音跟读。然后教师讲
6、解句子。T: Now youve got to listen and follow. Pay much attention to the pronunciation. 设计意图:通过听音跟读,让学生感知词汇的发音,进一步巩固本课时所学词汇。Step 3 Practice1. Listen and fill in the blanks 播放Lets learn 音频,让学生听音补全句子。T: Now youve got to listen and fill in the blanks. Pay much attention to it. 设计意图:通过听音补全句子,进一步巩固对话内容。2. Re
7、ad in pairs 教师让学生两人一组,分角色朗读课文。T: Now lets read in pairs. 设计意图:通过角色扮演,进一步加深对对话的理解。3. Listen, match and say 教师请学生看课本Listen, match and say部分的内容,请学生听音,完成连线匹配任务,并说一说。T: Now lets do exercises. Please turn to page 37, Listen, match and say.设计意图:通过听音连线匹配,让学生利用本课时所学内容,对图片上的内容进行总结,锻炼学生的口语能力。4. Do a survey 教师让
8、学生两人一组,分别说说自己好朋友的变化,并用英语描述。T: Now you should talk about your best friends changes to your partner.设计意图:通过采访,让学生利用本课时所学内容对身边人的变化进行总结,锻炼学生的口语能力。5. Make sentences 教师事先准备好三组词卡,分别是人物词卡、动作词卡、时间词卡。 然后请三名学生每人抽一张词卡,然后组成一个完整的句子。如:第一人抽到Sarah,第二人抽到couldnt ice-skate,第三人抽到three years ago,然后三人一起说:Sarah couldnt ice
9、-skate three years ago. T: Now I have three groups of cards. You can choose one from each group, then make a sentence together. 设计意图:通过游戏,活跃课堂气氛,并巩固本课时所学的重点内容。6.
