11、策略化及建设性看法及行政管理。2、 结合公司年度发展战略方向,梳理组织与流程,人员定岗定编,组织完善任职资格体系,组织员工手册的修订。3、 结合公司年度经营安排,负责公司起草年度工作规划、年度人力成本需求预算,年度预算费用过程的限制与监督,改善策略。4、 负责人事组织架构,人才梯队建设;完善内部选人,育人,留人机制;并供应有效建议。5、 负责建立员工培训制度及培训讲师制度,开展员工培训需求分析,课件的审核,制订公司年度员工培训安排。学习平台资源引荐,实行逐月分解落地,并实施员工培训效果评估。6、 建立完善年度绩效考核机制与薪酬政策制定,确定各部门年度绩效框架和指标库,制订各部门及各岗位的KPI
