1、血清铁蛋白偏低 AOPP患者血清MCP-1的表达及意义 摘要 目的 探讨在急性有机磷农药中毒患者中血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1的表达及临床意义。 方法 选取2022年5月2022年8月来我院入院治疗的急性有机磷农药中毒患者153例，以患者的中毒程度为依据进行分组，其中轻度组、中度组及重度组分别有患者37、61、55例。血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1的含量采纳双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法进行检测。 结果 与比照组比较，急性有机磷农药中毒的各组患者中的MCP-1具有明显较高的含量，CHE较低；与轻度中毒组比较，重度组及中度组的MCP-1均具有明显较高的含量，CHE较低；与中度组比较，重度组明显具有较高的MCP-
2、1含量，CHE较低；且以上差异均具有统计学意义（P 0.05）。MCP-1含量与血清CHE呈显著的负相关（P 0.05）。与生存组比较，死亡组患者的MCP-1含量差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 在急性有机磷农药中毒患者中对其MCP-1含量进行检测，能够使疾病的病情及其预后得到反映，急性有机磷农药中毒患者的病情越重，中毒程度越深，其MCP-1含量越高，并且与胆碱酯酶呈显著的负相关。关键词 急性有机磷农药中毒；单核细胞趋化蛋白-1；表达中图分类号 R595.4 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1673-10101（2022）16-0047-02Expression and clinical s

Results Compared with control group，MCP-1 levels of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients in each group was significantly higher, CHE was lower; compared with mild poisoning group, and MCP-1 of the moderate group and sever
6、e group were significantly higher, CHE was lower; Compared with moderate group, MCP-1 of severe group was significantly higher, CHE was lower, and above all had significant statistical differences (P 0.05).
