2、别学生则有“厌学”的症状，表现在家庭作业长期欠交，学习消极应付，成果不志向。 针对上学期本班学生所表现出来的特征，本人在本学期对语文教学工作做了些调整，也取得了一些成果和阅历，现作出总结 二、提高教学质量的做法 抓基础学问和基本技能 在上学期期末考试中，显示出本班的基础学问驾驭得不够扎实，本学期在这方面进行了狠抓。如对课文的生字新词和要求背诵的内容，肯定要全班同学都过关。对于学习的重点，简单失分的学问，我则采纳了多种形式的练习，小结方法，练习巩固等，争取绝大部分学生在课堂里过关。另外，对于学生马虎做作业书潦草的现象，我要求全班学生做作业一律用钢笔书写，课余让他们练写字帖。一学期下来，学生在字词
3、句方面的学问得到了巩固，提高了他们学习的基本技能和语文实力。 做好学习方法的指导 俗话说，“磨刀不误砍柴功”。最重要的学习莫过于方法的学习。搞好了学习方法的指导，对提高学生学习成果是有很大的好处的。因此，我在教学不同的学问点时，都结合学生学习的状况来渗透学习方法的指导。 在预习课文时，要求学生“读画思写问”的五步预习方法，意思是“读课文、画词句、思内容、写批注、问不解”的方法。学生驾驭这个预习方法，有利于提高他的自学实力和阅读水平。 在阅读教学上，我留意理清文章的脉络，渗透理解词句的方法，指导学生抓住文眼来理解中心，归纳小结“分段、概括段意、概括主要内容、体会思想感情、感悟表达方法”等阅读技能
4、，并进行迁移学习到同体裁的课文中去，收到举一反三的效果。 在习作教学上，引导学生细致视察周边的事物，关切时事，对于热点的猪流感等事务，让学生时时追踪事态的发展，并把自己的感受诉诸笔端。把从课堂教学中学到的课文表达方法迁移运用，多积累素材，多练笔，学生的表达实力亦然不断提高。 在综合性学习中，为了培育学生的语文实力，让学生多实践，多思索，多总结。我组织多种展示课，让学生把自己收集到的资料汇总分类，确定探讨主题，走出学校，深化家庭，走进社会来进行调查探讨，学生的探讨报告虽然内容欠详细，结论欠精准，但已初步出现了学生才智的火花。 当然，培育学生良好的学习习惯也是关键，要求学生仔细书写，按时完成作业，
