2、ithout cars, Americans can t go out. Automobiles （汽车）are as important as butter and bread to Americans. You can hardly see any pedestrians（行人）in the streets. Instead, you can only see cars. You can also see some people riding bikes sometimes for exercise. There are very few public buses in America. There is usually only one bus per half an hour in the main streets. And there are usually only two or three passengers in the bus which can hold（容纳）sixty or seventy people.
