2、ina1.1.5 When overhauling and replacing insulator strings on the power-off circuit by means of power-off maintenance, the workers shall hang and set up personal security cables first before installing the tools (double hooks and lever hoists) for lifting the insulator strings. The hanging and disman
3、tling methods of the personal security cable are the same as those of the maintenance earthing cable.1.1.6 The requirements and safety precautions for working on the ground wire above the power-off circuit are the same as those when both circuits are live.5.5 Work carried out with protective gaps5.5
4、.1 When the working distance or combined gap of live working does not meet the requirements, the work mode of installing protective gaps shall be adopted.5.5.2 The earthing cable connected to the protective gaps shall adopt the multi-strand soft copper wire, and its cross section shall meet the requ
5、irements of ground short circuit capacity, but shall not be less than 25mm2.5.5.3 When the work is carried out with protective gaps, the insulation coordination between the values of the working distance, the combined gap, the minimum effective length of insulating tools and the minimum number of go
6、od insulators and the set values of the protective gaps shall meet the requirements of DL/T 876.5.5.4 The worker who installs or disassembles the protective gaps shall wear a full set of conductive clothing.5.5.5 Before the protective gaps are installed, contacting the dispatcher to stop reclosing s
7、hall be done.5.5.6 The protective gaps shall be installed on the adjacent towers to the work location. The earthing cable of each protective gap shall be reliably connected with the metal components of the tower first, and then the other end shall be hung on the conductor of the maintained phase, an
8、d the contact shall be good. The dismantling procedure is reversed.5.5.7 See Table 6 for the reference set values of the protective gaps. Before the protective gaps are used, the values of the protective gaps may be checked and corrected according to the actual size of the tower head.Table 6 Set val

10、ulating tools after the protective gap is installed in place. Before the protective gap is dismantled, its distance shall be set back to the maximum value, and then it shall be dismantled according to the dismantling procedure.5.5.9 For the two upper phase conductors of the three phase conductors ar
11、ranged in an inverted triangle, the protective gap may be vertically installed between the conductor and the frame which is between the two hanging points of the V-shaped insulator string, or may be horizontally installed between the tower frame and the conductor. In terms of the lower phase conduct
12、or, the protective gap may be horizontally installed between the tower frame and the conductor.5.6 Safety protection5.6.1 The live working safety protection equipment of 500kV conventional lines may be used for live working of 500kV compact lines.5.6.2 The performance of the conductive clothing shal
13、l comply with GB/T 6568.5.6.3 Both the equipotential worker and the mid-potential worker shall wear a full set of qualified conductive clothing, and flame resistant underwear shall also be worn under the conductive clothing.5.6.4 The ground potential worker on the tower must wear a full set of condu
14、ctive clothing or electrostatic protective clothing and conductive shoes before climbing the tower. It is strictly prohibited to wear other clothes over conductive clothing or electrostatic protective clothing.5.6.5 The overhead ground wire shall be regarded as a live conductor, and the workers shal
15、l keep a distance of over0.4m from it. If it is necessary to work on the overhead ground wire, it shall be grounded well through dedicated earthing cables. The methods and steps for installing or dismantling the dedicated earthing cables on the overhead ground wire are the same as those for installi
16、ng or dismantling the earthing cables on a power-off line.5.6.6 If it is necessary to enter the overhead ground wire for maintenance, the working distance and mechanical strength of the work location after bearing concentrated load shall be checked.5.6.7 When using insulating ropes to transfer large
17、 metal objects(including tools and materials), the workers on the tower or on the ground shall ground the metal objects before touching them.5.6.8 With regard to large metal objects (e.g. automobiles, etc.) insulated from the ground and placed near strong electric fields, attention shall be paid to
18、protecting people from induced electrical injury. These metal objects must be grounded before they can be touched.5.6 Potential transfer5.7.1 The equipotential worker shall obtain permission from the person in charge of the work before potential transfer.5.7.2 When the equipotential worker transfers
19、 potential, the distance between the human body and the live conductors shall not be less than 0.4m It is strictly prohibited to touch the live conductors with bare hands or with bare parts.5.7.3 During potential transfer, the action shall be smooth, accurate and fast.6 Enter or leave equipotential6
20、.1 Enter or leave equipotential on a suspension tower6.1.1 The worker shall not enter or leave equipotential from cross arms vertically or along insulator strings.6.1.2 The hanging basket (hanging chair and hanging ladder) method, the insulating flexible ladder method and other methods may be used t
21、o enter or leave equipotential.6.1.3 The hanging baskets (hanging chairs and hanging ladders) shall be stably suspended by slings. The length of the slings for fixing shall be accurately calculated or actually measured to ensure that the equipotential workers head shall not exceed the grading ring o
22、n the conductor side.6.1.4 The moving speed of the hanging baskets (hanging chairs and hanging ladders) shall be strictly controlled to achieve a uniform and steady speed.6.1.5 When entering or leaving high electric fields, the equipotential worker shall avoid excessive body movements. All the elect
23、rical gap distances (including the working distances and the combined gaps) between the equipotential worker and the earthing conductors and the live conductors shall meet the requirements of Chapter 5.6.2 Enter or leave equipotential on a tension tower6.2.1 The worker may enter or leave equipotenti
24、al along tension insulator strings or via other methods.6.2.2 When the equipotential worker moves along the tension insulator strings, the cross-two-short-three method shall be generally adopted. The positions of the workers hands and feet must be kept consistent, and the number of insulators short-
25、circuited by the human body and tools shall meet the requirements of Chapter 5.6.2.3 The equipotential workers safety belt shall be tied to the insulator string held by the workers hands and shall move synchronously with the worker.6.2.4 When entering or leaving high electric fields, the equipotenti
26、al worker shall avoid excessive body movements. All the electrical gap distances (including the working distances and the combined gaps) between the equipotential worker and the earthing conductors and the live conductors, and the number of good insulators short-circuited by the human body or tools
27、shall meet the requirements of Chapter 5.7 Matters needing attention at work7.1 When live working is carried out on the tower of 500kV AC compact transmission lines, a guardian with specific responsibility must be arranged to stay on the tower. Dedicated communication tools shall be provided at the
28、work site to ensure smooth communication between workers on and under the tower.7.2 When the phase-to-ground overvoltage of the line is greater than 1.80 (per unit value), the equipotential worker must adopt the work mode of installing protective gaps when entering or leaving equipotential from the
29、window of the suspension tower.7.3 Insulating tools shall be used to transfer articles between the equipotential worker and the worker on the tower frame, and the effective length of the insulating tools shall meet the requirements of Table 2.7.4 The conductive clothing shall be free from damage and
30、 holes, and all parts of it shall be connected well and reliably. In case of damage and burrs, it shall be sent to a qualified testing unit to measure the resistance, fusing current and screening efficiency of the whole set of conductive clothing, and it can be used only after the measurement result
31、s meet the requirements of GB/T 6568.7.5 Before the insulating tools are used, an insulation resistance tester(2500V5000V) shall be used to conduct segmented insulation tests. The insulation resistance between every 2cm of measuring electrodes shall not be less than 700MQ.7.6 The insulating tools sh
32、all be protected from moisture, surface damage and surface dirt when used. The insulating tools not in use shall be placed on clean and dry pads.7.7 When found dampened, surface-damaged or surface-dirty, the insulating tools shall be handled in time and can be used only after passing the test.7.8 Be
33、fore the work starts, metal screw rods, holders and connecting tools used for live working shall be assembled on trial and confirmed to be flexible in operation and reliable in performance, and shall be used correctly according to on-site operation procedures or work instructions.7.9 The middle join
34、t of insulating hand sticks shall not be separated and loosened when bearing various loads such as impact, push-pull and torsion, and the insulating hand sticks shall not be used as load-bearing tools.7.10 In use, insulating support sticks and insulating tension sticks must be fixed on the tower wit
35、h dedicated fixers, and it is strictly prohibited to use these sticks to move conductors depending on the human body.7.11 When the work is suspended on the tower, the insulating hand sticks shall be hung vertically or laid flat on the horizontal tower materials, and shall not be dragged on the tower
36、 materials, so as not to damage them.7.12 When an insulating hand stick is used on the suspension tower, it may be suspended by an insulating rope at a proper position of the front part of the stick to prevent it from being excessively bent and reduce the labor intensity of the worker.7.13 The diame
37、ter of the mouth of a conductor clamp shall be compatible with the outer diameter of the conductor, and substitution is strictly prohibited to prevent the conductor from being crushed or slipping. The radians of the two semicircles of a closed insulator holder shall be consistent with the shape of t
38、he steel cap of the insulator, so as to avoid large stress concentration in the stress process. All double-wing holders shall conform to the specifications of corresponding link fittings, and shall be equipped with backup protection devices (such as closing bolts) to prevent them from falling off. C
39、ross arm holders must adapt to the specifications of the tower materials, and the assembly of them shall be firm. The specifications of tension pullers shall be determined according to the load and the tension mode.7.14 In the work of replacing suspension insulator strings or moving conductors, when
40、 the single suspension wire device is used, there shall be backup protection measures to prevent the conductors from falling off.7.15 When exchanging and transferring heavy tools up and down, the control rope shall be fastened to prevent the transferred objects from colliding with each other and acc
41、identally colliding with the bearing tools in the working state.7.16 Insulating ropes shall be kept clean and dry, and shall be prevented from rubbing against the tower materials. Dampened insulating ropes are strictly prohibited to be used in live working.7.17 If zero and low resistance insulators
42、are found during live testing of insulators, they shall be retested 2 3 times.7.18 Before the replaced insulator string is separated from the conductor, when the first insulator near the cross arm is disassembled or installed, a dedicated short-circuiting wire must be used before direct operation.7.
43、19 The equipotential worker must have backup protection when entering or leaving equipotential and working at equipotential, and the mid-potential worker must also have backup protection during work.8 Test of tools8.1 The design of live working tools shall conform to the requirements of GB/T 18037.
44、Conductive clothing, insulating ropes, insulating rods, insulator holders, etc., shall pass type tests and leaving factory tests in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 6568, GB/T 13035, GB 13398, DL/T 463, DL/T 878.8.2 The tools shall be subjected to electrical tests and mechanical tests on a r
45、egular basis according to the test methods of DL/T 976. The test cycles are as follows:a) electrical tests: preventive tests shall be conducted once a year, and inspection tests shall be conducted once a year, and the interval between two tests shall be half a year.b) mechanical tests: preventive te
46、sts shall be conducted once a year for insulating tools and once every two years for metal tools.8.3 Contents and requirements of preventive testsa) Power frequency withstand voltage test: the test sample shall be tested entirely; the insulation length of the test sample between the test electrodes
47、shall be 3.7m; the withstand voltage shall be 580kV; the time shall be 3min. It is qualified if no breakdown, flashover or overheating occur.b) Switching impulse withstand voltage test: the insulation length of the test sample between the test electrodes shall be 3.7m; the standard switching impulse
48、 wave (+250|is/2500|is) shall be applied; the voltage amplitude shall be 1050kV; the test sample shall withstand 15 times. It is qualified if no breakdown or flashover occur.c) Static load test: a load of 1.2 times the weight of the rated working load shall be applied for Imin. It is qualified if no
49、 permanent deformation or damage occur.d) Dynamic load test: 3 times of actual operations shall be done with a load of 1.0 times the weight of the rated working load applied. It is qualified if the tools are flexible, portable and free from jamming.8.4 Contents and requirements of inspection testsa) The insulating tool shall be divided into several sections for power frequency withstand voltage tests.
