If it is necessary to disconnect the directly grounded overhead ground wires from the ground, the overhead ground wires shall be hung with earthing cables before maintenance.5.3.5 Before overhauling in the middle of the overhead ground w

3、ire span, in order to ensure his/her safety, the worker shall check whether the vertical distance between him/her and the live conductors below meets the minimum working distance requirements after the overhead ground wire in the work location is loaded by him/her, and whether the mechanical strengt

4、h of the overhead ground wire meets relevant requirements.5.3.6 When working on the uni-polar power-off side (the other pole is running), the worker shall wear a full set of electrostatic protective clothing or conductive clothing.5.3.7 When using insulating ropes to transfer large metal objects, th

5、e worker at ground potential or on the tower shall ground the metal objects before touching them.5.3.8 With regard to large metal objects (e.g. automobiles, etc.) insulated from the ground and placed near strong electric fields, attention shall be paid to protecting people from induced electrical in

6、jury. The metal objects must be grounded before they can be touched.5.4 Potential transfer5.4.1 The equipotential worker shall obtain permission from the person in charge of the work before potential transfer and shall not lose the protection of the safety belt.5.4.2 For potential transfer of DC tra

7、nsmission lines, the potential rod should be used, which shall be in reliable contact with live conductors. Before entering equipotential, the worker shall contact the potential rod quickly with the live conductors at a distance of about 0.4m from them. When leaving equipotential, the worker shall c

8、ontact the potential rod with the live conductors first, and then withdraw the potential rod quickly after leaving the live conductors 0.4m away.5.4.3 During potential transfer, the action shall be smooth, accurate and fast.6 Enter or leave equipotential1.1 Enter or leave equipotential on a suspensi

9、on tower1.1.1 When entering or leaving equipotential on a suspension tower, the worker shall not enter or leave equipotential vertically from the cross arms or along the insulator strings. The hanging basket (hanging chair and hanging ladder) method, the insulating flexible ladder method and other m

10、ethods may be used to enter and leave equipotential.1.1.2 When the worker enters or leaves equipotential, all the electrical gap distances (including the working distances and the combined gaps) between the worker and the earthing conductors and the live conductors shall meet the requirements of Tab

11、les 3 and Table 4.1.1.3 The hanging baskets (hanging chairs and hanging ladders) shall be stably suspended by insulating slings, and the moving speed shall be strictly controlled by insulating pulley sets to achieve a uniform and slow speed. The length of the insulating slings for fixing shall be ac

12、curately calculated or actually measured to ensure that the highest part of the human body shall not exceed the upper edge of the grading ring on the conductor side when the worker enters or leaves equipotential.1.2 Enter or leave equipotential on a tension tower1.2.1 When entering or leaving equipo

13、tential on a tension tower, the worker may enter or leave equipotential along horizontal tension insulator strings or via other methods.1.2.2 When the worker moves along the horizontal tension insulator strings, the positions of his/her hands and feet must be kept consistent, and the number of good

14、insulators short-circuited by the human body and tools shall meet the requirements of Table 5.1.2.3 The workers safety protection rope shall be tied to the insulator string held by his/her hands and shall move synchronously with him/her.1.2.4 When entering or leaving equipotential, the worker shall

15、transfer potential when moving to a distance of about 0.4m (2 3 insulators) from the live conductors before carrying out subsequent operations.1.2.5 All the electrical gap distances (including the working distances and the combined gaps) between the worker and the earthing conductors and the live co

16、nductors, and the number of good insulators short-circuited by the human body or tools shall meet the requirements of Table 5.7 Matters needing attention at work7.1 The workers shall avoid excessive body movements during live working.7.2 Insulating tools shall be used to transfer articles between th

17、e equipotential worker and the ground potential worker. The effective length of the insulating tools shall meet the requirements of Table 2.7.3 The conductive clothing shall be free from damage and holes, and all parts of it shall be connected well and reliably. When damage and burrs are found, it s

18、hall be repaired in time, and it can be used only after passing the test.7.4 Before the insulating tools are used, an insulation resistance tester shall be used to conduct segmented insulation tests. The width of the measuring electrodes is 2cm, and it is required that the insulation resistance betw

19、een every 2cm of measuring electrodes shall not be less than 700MQ.7.5 The insulating tools shall be protected from moisture and surface damage and dirt when used. The insulating tools to be used shall be placed on clean, dry and moisture-proof pads. When found dampened or surface-damaged or surface

20、-dirty, they shall be handled in time and can be used only after passing the test.7.6 During the work, bearing tools shall be fixed and reliable and have backup protection.7.7 If deteriorated or low resistance insulators are found during live testing of insulators, they shall be retested 2-3 times t

21、o avoid misjudgment.7.8 When the first insulator near the cross arm is dismantled or installed, it must be short-circuited before operation.8 Test of tools, devices and equipment8.1 The design of live working tools, devices and equipment shall conform to the requirements of GB/T 18037.Conductive clo

22、thing, insulating ropes, insulating rods, insulator holders, etc., shall pass type tests and leaving factory tests in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 6568, GB/T 13035, GB 13398, DL/T 463, DL/T 878.8.2 The tools, devices and equipment shall be subjected to electrical tests and mechanical tes

23、ts on a regular basis according to the test methods of DL/T 976. The test cycles are as follows:a) electrical tests. Preventive tests shall be conducted once a year, and inspection tests shall be conducted once a year, and the interval between two tests shall be half a year.b) mechanical tests. Prev

24、entive tests shall be conducted once every two years for insulating tools and once every year for metal tools.8.3 Preventive tests8.3.1 DC withstand voltage test: the insulation length of the test sample between the test electrodes shall be 4.8m; the withstand voltage shall be 755kV; the time shall

25、be 3min. It is qualified if no breakdown, flashover or overheating occur.8.3.2 Switching impulse withstand voltage test: the insulation length of the test sample between the test electrodes shall be 4.8m; the standard switching impulse wave (+250|is/2500|is) shall be applied; the voltage amplitude s

26、hall be 1325kV; the test sample shall withstand 15 times. It is qualified if no breakdown or flashover occur.8.3.3 Static load test: a load of 1.2 times the weight of the rated working load shall be applied for Imin. It is qualified if no deformation or damage occur.8.3.4 Dynamic load test: 3 times

27、of actual operations shall be done with a load of 1.0 times the weight of the rated working load applied. It is qualified if the tools are flexible, portable and free from jamming.8.4 Inspection tests8.4.1 The insulating tool shall be divided into several sections for power frequency withstand volta

28、ge tests. A voltage of 75kV shall be applied across per 300mm of the insulating tool for Imin. It is qualified if no breakdown, flashover or heating occur.8.4.2 The whole set of conductive clothing shall be free of damage, holes and burrs in the appearance inspection, and the connecting devices of a

29、ll parts shall be reliable and intact, with good conduction after connection.9 Transportation and storage of tools, devices and equipment9.1 During transportation, the insulating tools, devices and equipment shall be put into dedicated tool bags, toolboxes or tool vehicles to prevent moisture and da

30、mage.9.2 Holders and clamps with low surface hardness and metal tools (such as screw rods) that should not be bumped shall be transported with dedicated wooden or leather toolboxes. The capacity of each box shall be limited to one set of tools. Scattered parts shall be fixed in the box.9.3 The insul

31、ating tools, devices and equipment shall be protected from moisture, rain and blazing sun during transportation and maintenance. Plastic bags may be used as inner packaging transportation bags, and canvas bags or dedicated leather (canvas) boxes may be used as outer packaging transportation bags.9.4

They shall have

47、a basic knowledge of electrical principles and power lines, master the basic principles and operating methods of live working, and be familiar with the scope of application and using methods of the working tools. They shall be familiar with GB 26859, DL/T 966 and this standard. They shall master eme

48、rgency rescue methods, especially the electric shock rescue. They shall receive theoretical and operational training from specialized training institutions, pass relevant examinations and hold relevant certificates.4.1.2 The person in charge of the work (or the safety guardian) shall have at least 3 years of actual working experience in live working on power transmission lines, be familiar with equipment conditions, have certain organizational capability and accident handling ability, and pass the examination after special training.4.2 Institutional requirementsAccording to GB 26859
