1、续写微技能梯级训练 情景（三）后悔内疚当一个人面对已经发生做错的或者是不完美的事时，常会有产生后悔之情。这是一种必要的情绪反应，后侮内疚能使人明晰过往，启迪未来。这种情绪是“人与自我”主题语境常考的考点。【词汇短语】 guilty adj. 内疚的；惭愧的；有罪的 feel guilty about / at 因为感到内疚 regret n.& v. 遗憾；后悔 regretful adj 遗憾的；后悔的 regretfully adv. 遗憾地 to sbs regret 让某人遗憾的是 have regrets about doing sth. 对做某事有遗憾 regret doing s
