This Engagement Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the scope and term
3、s of our engagement as well as our fees and billing practices. The payment will be paid on behalf of Client to ZZZZ by wire transfer to an account in the U.S. to be nominated by ZZZZ. 客

Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ZZZZ, its partners, associate attorneys, and all staff from any and all losses, expenses, dama
36、ges, or costs, including reasonable attorneys fees, in the event that one or more is a party to any litigation arising from Clients investment in a commercial enterprise. Client is advised that ZZZZ, its partners, associate attorneys and staff specifically limit the scope of our legal representation
37、 of Client to the provision of immigration law advice as it relates to Clients eligibility for classification as an alien entrepreneur based on the information and documentation presented to ZZZZ solely upon Clients finalization of a qualifying investment by Client. 在适用的道德守则允许范围内，客户明确放弃一切因区域中心及/或商业企

Client is advised to obtain independent counsel to assist and advise Client as to the United States federal, state or local tax laws that may apply or any applicable foreig
40、n tax laws and the implications that result if Client obtains lawful permanent residence status in the United States. ZZZZ limits its practice exclusively to the immigration and nationality law matters aspect of this engagement and will not advise nor make any recommendations or representations as t

Client understands that ZZZZ is only capable of preparing and representing Client based on information and documentation that Client is to provide the Firm. According
43、ly, you hereby agree to: provide all information that is or may be relevant to the Services you request; keep us apprised of all pertinent developments; provide us with pertinent changes to your contact information and otherwise cooperate in our provision of Services. We, in turn, agree to keep you

The applicable law in some jurisdictions may require a separate formal engagement document with the advisor consistent with their status as a law firm or authorized immigration specialist firm providing Services.
