3、etter of guarantee and irrevocably undertake to pay you any sum or sums not exceeding in total an amount of (Amount In Figures) (say: Amount In Words) plus interest at (Agreed Percentage) % p.a. accrued on a 360 days basis calculated as from (Agreed Date) up to (Agreed Date), within (agreed Number O

BANK OF ZHENGZHOU CO.,LTD1、各分支行在实际跨境担保业务中应争取受益人同意其索赔函通过该保函或备证的通知行以加押SWIFT报文向本行索赔，可参照以下措辞“after our receipt of the relevant authenticated SWIFT demand from you through your bank”，该措辞可适用于本附件中的各类保函。2、除到期时间外，各分行可根据具体业务需求和基础合同约定，在此处列明到期事件（Expiry Event）。对同时有到期时间和到期事件的，应明确保函的失效日以二者较早发生的为准。本注释可适用于本附件中的各类保函。3、根据758第33条，如保函中未明确约定可转让，则该保函不可转让。但无论保函是否声明其可转让，根据可适用法律的规定，受益人可将保函项下款项让渡他人。鉴此，若不允许保函款项让渡或转让，可以在保函中明确不允许转让或让渡“This Guarantee is not assignable or transferable without our prior consent”。
