1、【国旗下演讲】播种习惯收获成功尊敬的各位领导、亲爱的老师和同学们：大家早上好！今天我们演讲的题目是播种习惯收获成功。播种行为，收获习惯；播种习惯，收获性格；播种性格，收获命运。 最终你将收获成败。我们知道，想要成功，须有机会，而机会只留给有 准备的人，良好的习惯正是在为机遇准备条件。“一种行为只有坚持二 十一天才会形成稳定的习惯。”这一点广为人知，但一种行为坚持1天 容易，3天容易，21天就需要我们持之以恒的意志了。而同时，我们不 难发现，那些所谓成功人士，都具有持之以恒、坚持不懈的品质，正是 这种品质，令他们养成了使自己走向成功之路的优秀习惯。新东方教育集团创始人之一的俞敏洪先生，曾提到自己
2、背单词的经历: 他的英语从小就不是很好，因此他需要比别人多付出千百倍的努力。“我 直到现在，仍坚持每天背5个单词，手机上装有好几个单词软件。这件 事我从小坚持，已经成为习惯。无论多忙，我都不曾放弃。”他这么说 道。俞敏洪先生身上发生的巨大变化，正是从最初播种并坚持那个细微的 习惯开始的。今年是我国的70华诞。国庆在即，我国也在积极筹备一系列庆祝活 动，其中就包括阅兵。近日，军人阅兵训练的视频曝光，不难看出，即 使正式阅兵还有近一个月，他们的展示就已经堪称完美。许多人赞叹： 军人太帅了！这才是我中华的门面！但这些人又是否知道，这荣耀的背 后，正是每一日习惯的积累。尺子量出的75cm步幅，秒表卡出
3、的每步步 速，习惯使他们每一步迈出分亳不差。每日四、五小时的军姿，腿间夹 着扑克牌.，习惯使他们头正肩平，昂首挺胸。习惯可以给他们肌肉记忆， 习惯可以造就精彩绝伦的表演，习惯虽小，但积累起来具有无穷的力量。 可以改变的不仅有站姿，步幅，还可以改变一个人。同学们，七年级我们立规上路，习惯的种子己然播下。那么现在身为八年级的我们能否上 课时认真专注，思路紧跟老师？能否做到入班即静，入座即学？能否在学习时举一反三，及时巩固？ 若能把这一个个习惯持之以恒的做下去，日积月累便能聚沙成塔，集腋 成裘。如同大楼，只有一砖一瓦的累积，才有高耸入云的壮丽；如同春 蚕，只有一丝一缕的坚持，才有破茧而出的希望。而我
