1、五年级下册 Unit 8 Birthdays (periods)一、教学内容:小学英语五年级下册Unit 8 Birthdays (sound time, checkout time and ticking time)二、学情分析:本单元主要学习句型为:When s your birthday?和 What do you do on your birthday?及其回答It s on. . . /I usually. . .要多关注序数词的学习和运用, 月份的复习,日期的表达。在教学上老师还是要设计多样的教学环节和形式让学 生多练习,以达到熟能生巧的程度。语音方面学习的是“th”在单词中的发音
2、, 在第七单元已经学习了 “th”读“ 0 ”的读音,本单元学习它另外一个读音“6”。 教师要将两种读音让学生相互比较,老师加以总结发音方法,多练习。三、教学目标:1 .通过复习,学生能说出与生日有关的事件。2 .能正确运用句型When s?去询问日期。3 .能正确掌握字母组合“th”在单词中的发音。4 .通过学习引导和帮助学生进行自我评价四、教学重点:1 .能正确并熟练掌握序数词的变化规则,并在一定的情景中运用句型 When s?去询问日期。2 . I know the sound of the letter th.五、教学难点:1 .真实情景中学生能熟练、自如的运用句型When,s?去询问
3、日期。2 .字母“th”在不同单词中的发音。六、教学准备:1 .教具准备:课件卡片贴纸等等。2 .学生准备:文具用品、课本七、教学流程:Step 1 Greeting and learning aims1.Sing a song Happy birthday to you2.出示本节课的课题Birthdays。3. Freetalk:When, syour birthday? What do you do on your birthday?4.Look at today, s learning aims.(1)I can name some birthday actives.(2) I can
4、 ask and answer questions about dates.(3) I can know the sound of “th” .Students should:Listen carefully, Read loudly, Try to answer my questions. Come on my dear students.Step 2 Revision1 .利用游戏“30秒不停说”复习有关生日的活动单词或词组,给学生评价。2 .游戏 Super memory 复习 story time呈现Mike和Su Hai的图片,学生1分钟准备,介绍两人的生日及一些活动。Step 3
