7、on 11When do you usually get up?教学反思这节课是我近几年来上得最失败的一节课,认真反思课前、课中, 以下几方面与大家共勉,于自己警钟长鸣。最大的遗憾是没有准备充分,客观原因是接到任务后只有三天时 间,然后又为档案整理加班一天。主观原因是自己没有合理安排时间, 利用可利用的因素努力备课,只是匆忙的在前一天去另外一个班里试 了一下课,课后虽及时研讨,收集意见,但是并没有把问题真正地解 决。这是课前,课中,尽管我用分组,积分卡来激励孩子们的积极性, 但是学生课堂纪律有待提升,回答问题声音小,不愿意主动展示的将 近一半学生。课后,五八班的英语老师和班主任王老师严厉批评了
8、孩 子们颓废的学习状态。但是,我更愿意承认是我自己的问题,如果我 的课设计得适合学生目前的学习水平,设计得更有趣味一些,或许呈 现的就是另外一种效果了。我反思的第二点是备学生不充分,对学生 已掌握的知识程度了解不够,特别是对学生的学习状态,课堂习惯等 根本一无所知。这让我更加深刻了体会了备课要备课标,备教材,备 学生,三者缺一不可。学生是学习了一般现在时,学习了第三人称单 数的表达方式,再加上我个人固执地认为他们肯定会,谁知孩子们在 课堂上遇到了困难,而我没有第二种预案,难也要把这节课上完。现 在想想,我觉得对不起孩子们,辜负了众多英语老师对我的期望,本 想给大家展示一个范本的。一节失败的课也是一次宝贵的经验教训
