7、的市场纽带和销售平台；同时品种结构不合理，缺乏精品、标准的优质苗木，仍未形成行业品牌特色，亟需标杆性的项目来引领嘉泽花木产业的健康、有序、高效发展。常州农博园南一号地块项目在这样的产业背景下应运而生。基地北至常合高速公路、东至环湖西路、西至嘉兴大道，三条道路交叉围合形成三角形地块，总体规划面积1266亩。鉴于苗木产业发展和市场需求特征，本项目将承载三大诉求：1、引领苗木产业升级：制定适应市场需求的各绿化苗木产品标准和科学、安全、高效的生产标准，以此最为有力地推进产业的整合，达到产业现代化升级的目的2、优化苗木市场平台：充分了解市场行情，解决苗木生产的盲目性和无序性问题，打造苗木市场风向标，并作
8、为苗木供应商和苗木需求方的交易媒介，创造产供销一体化的平台3、构建苗木产品品牌：以精品苗、优质苗占领市场，严格遵循育苗标准体系，使苗木的产量、质量标准、合格率均达到国家要求，以提升项目的总体品质 依托基地良好的门户区位以及产业优势，结合城市景观、产业发展和门户花园建设，打造嘉泽苗木产业基地的视窗，并结合2013年武进花博会的契机，促进城市休闲旅游和苗木产业的耦合，打造成一站式苗圃休闲体验中心，实现从苗木产业展示区到苗木休闲度假区的复合升级。Jiaze,a renowned town for plants in China,is the core base of planting industr
9、y in Wujin,Changzhou.The town has formed a model that depends mainly on plant trading,with landscape engineering as an important complement.These two parts motivate the development of vegetative planting in the area.However,since the planting system depends primarily on self-operation of the local f
10、armers,the level of industrial management is low.The planting industry therefore lacks a working marketing bond and a sales platform.Meanwhile,the planting industry is weakened by an unreasonable breed structure,a shortage of selected high quality nursery stocks,and the fact that it has not develope
11、d a characterized brand feature.Jiaze needs a project to lead its planting industry to develop healthily,orderly and efficiently.Changzhou Agri-Expo Garden South Block Project emerges as required by such situation.Based on the nursery development and the market requirements,this project will carry t
12、hree demands:1.To initiate and lead the upgrade of planting nursery industry:the project is expected to establish a nursery product standard,and a scientific,safe and efficient production standard that meet the market demands.The standards will be the force to promote the industrial integration,to a
13、chieve the upgrade and modernization of the planting industry.2.To optimize the stock market platform:the project fully understands the market atmosphere,and will solve the aimlessness and disorder of existing nursery production.Also,as the medium of trading between the clients and suppliers,the des
14、ign of the nursery will create an integrative sales platform.3.To establish a nursery marketing brand:the project will help the nursery to occupy the market with selected and high quality stocks.Strictly following the planting standards,the project will enhance the overall quality of the nursery pla
15、nting system.Benefiting from the gateway location and industrial advantages,the project is designed to incorporate the urban landscape,industrial development and gateway garden development,in order to create the window of planting nursery industry in Jiaze.With the coming opportunity of 2013 Wujin F

25、he north,Huanhu west road on the east,and Jiaxin road on the west.The three roads intercross with each other and form a triangular area.The proposal covers a total area of 1266 mu.基地东邻滆湖、孟津河，境内有宋王河穿过，并有两个水塘The nursery borders Ge Lake and Mengjin River on the east,with Songhuang River runs across it.
