2、替T/CNCIA 010052018 低VOCs含量高固体分、超高固体分和无溶剂环氧涂料定义。本文件与T/CNCIA 010052018相比,主要技术变化如下:修改了标准名称(见标准名称);修改了规范性引用文件(见第2章);修改了术语和定义(见第3章);超高固体分环氧涂料的不挥发物质量分数由88%改为90%(见表1);无溶剂环氧涂料环氧涂料的不挥发物质量分数由97%改为97%(见表1);删除超高固体分环氧涂料和无溶剂环氧涂料的体积固含量测试要求(见表1);删除了建议检测项目(见表1);修改了不挥发物质量分数的测试方法(见5.4);修改了挥发性有机化合物含量的测试方法(见5.5);修改了检验规则

7、1 取样 按GB/T 3186规定取样,也可以按商定的方法取样,取样量根据试验需要确定。5.2 试验环境 产品应在(23 2),相对湿度(50 10)%条件下放置24h后进行性能测试。除另有规定外,试样的状态调节和试验的温湿度应符合GB/T 9278的规定。5.3 不挥发物体积分数 按GB/T 92722007中7.2.3板片法的规定进行,其中液体涂料密度的测定按GB/T 21862.4的规定进行。5.4 不挥发物质量分数 5.4.1 高固体分环氧涂料 将主剂和固化剂按产品说明书中规定的比例混合均匀后立即称量,取样量(2 0.2)g。称量好的试样应在(23 2),相对湿度(50 10)%下放置
8、1h,按GB/T 1725规定进行测试。测试温度(105 2),时间为1h。如试验样品在加热过程中会发生任何异常分解或降解,经有关方商定后,试样应在(23 2),相对湿度(50 10)%下放置24h后,按GB/T 1725规定进行测试。测试温度(105 2),时间为1h。5.4.2 超高固体分环氧涂料及无溶剂环氧涂料 将主剂和固化剂按产品说明书中规定的比例混合均匀后立即称量,取样量(2 0.2)g。称量好的试样应在(23 2),相对湿度(50 10)%下放置24h,按GB/T 1725规定进行测试。测试温度(105 2),时间为1h。5.5 挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)含量 按GB/T 385
9、972020中第5章规定进行。6 检验规则 6.1 检验项目包括本文件所列的全部要求,在正常生产的情况下,本文件中表1所规定的项目,每两年进行一次。6.2 检验结果的判定按GB/T 8170中数值修约值比较法进行。6.3 应检项目的检验结果均达到本文件要求时,则判定该样品符合本文件要求。7 包装标识 T/CNCIA 010052022 3 7.1 产品包装标识除应符合GB/T 9750的规定外,按本文件检验合格的产品可在包装标识上明示。7.2 包装标识上或产品说明书中应明确施工状态下的施工配比。7.3 包装标识上或产品说明书中应标明本文件的分类、产品类别和产品类型(或施涂方式)。7.4 含有活

28、/T 9278.5.3 Non-volatile matter by volume(NVv)Test according to the provisions of 7.2.3 plate method in GB/T 92722007.The density of the liqudi paint is measured in accordance with GB/T 21862.4.5.4 Non-volatile matter(Nv)5.4.1 High solid epoxy coatings Mix the base and curing agent according to the
29、ratio specified in the product introduction,and then weigh them immediately.The sampling amount is(2 0.2)g.Place the sample at(232)and relative hunidity(5010)%for 1h,and test as specified in GB/T 1725 at the temperature of(105 2)for 1h.If the test sample will undergo any abnormal decomposition or de
30、gradation during the heating process,after agreement by the relevant parties,place the sample at(23 2),relative humidity(50 10)%for 24h and test as specified in GB/T 1725 at the temperature of(105 2)for 1h.5.4.2 Ultra high solid and solvent-free epoxy coatings T/CNCIA 010052022 3 Mix the base and cu
31、ring agent according to the ratio specified in the product introduction,and then weigh them immediately.The sampling amount is(2 0.2)g.Place the sample at(232)and relative hunidity(5010)%for 24h,and test as specified in GB/T 1725 at the temperature of(105 2)for 1h.5.5 Volatile organic compounds(VOCs
32、)content Test in accordance with GB/T 385972020,Chapter 5.6 Testing regulations 6.1 The inspection items include all the requirements listed in this document.Under normal production conditions,the items specified in Table 1 of this document will be carried out every two years.6.2 Judge the test resu
33、lts according to the the numerical rounding value comparison method in GB/T 8170.6.3 When the inspection results of the items to be inspected meet the requirements of this document,the sample is determined to meet the requirements of this document.7 Packing&Marking 7.1 In addition to conforming to t
34、he provisions of GB/T 9750,products that are qualified according to this standard can be clearly indicated on the packaging mark.7.2 The mixing ratio for the application state shall be specified on the packaging mark or in the product introduction.7.3 Indicate the classification,product category and product type(or application method)of this standard on the packaging label or in the product introduction.7.4 Those containing active diluent shall be clearly indicated on the package label or in the product introduction.
