2、why等)分析解决客户投诉的质量问题、能够娴熟操作质量检测和分析设备、能够组织和全面分析质量问题; 4、较强的组织实力和沟通实力。 生产质量工程师岗位 生产质量管理工程师岗位职责 职位要求: 机械设计或相关专业专科及以上学历 在机加、钣金行业拥有5年以上生产或质量管理工作阅历 精通各种机械制造工艺及工序(cnc加工/焊接/铸造/车/铣/线切割等),能依据图纸初步检测零件的质量 熟识选购与新供应商的开发流程,熟识深圳周边机加、钣金、齿轮加工、模组等非标加工的供应商,拥有此类优质渠道资源者优先 熟识电机、电机驱动及常用电气元件选购流程 了解机械加工零件的校价、核价过程,对市场价格的变动敏感,拥有肯
3、定的商务谈判、议价实力 熟识常用办公软件(word, excel, powerpoint)的运用 有实力运用solidworks、autocad查看图纸相关信息 有驾照者优先 职位描述: 跟踪产品制作全过程,负责产品工艺性验证和质量把控,督促生产进度,并刚好反馈。 做好预先品管,提示供应商生产过程及检测时的品质留意事项。 负责与供应商谈判价格、品质要求、交货日期等,确定后下选购订单,刚好跟进进度,处理异样,确保按安排交期交货。 供应商资源开发,定期对供应商进行审核;按供应商的加工实力、品质质量、交货准时率等对其进行比对分析。 负责选购过程中的退、换货工作,对仓库物料的退货等处理工作。 维护与供
