3、location， welding line， venting， pressure loss， wall thickness analysis， temperature contribution etc 大量的模流分析阅历，比如填充，冷却，变形，收缩，剪切，浇口位置，熔接线，困气，压力损失，产品壁厚分析，温度分布等。 provide mold flow studies for customers， design team， costing team， npd as reference. 供应模流分析报告给客户，设计，报价，npd作为参考。 proficient in scientific in

19、楚，勤于思索，擅长专研，肯于学习，有很强的责任感，能够承受压力追踪并解决问题，有追求个人实力提高的热忱 injection molding and mold design experience is preferred 注塑及模具设计阅历丰富者优先 模流分析岗位 模流分析师岗位职责任职要求 模流分析师岗位职责 职责描述: 1)、本科及以上学历，年龄35周岁以下，娴熟运用三维设计软件(catia、ug、pro/e等)进行产品三维造型、分型;能够绘制模具结构图、零件图、加工工艺图，有3年以上汽车内饰件模具设计工作阅历。 2)、娴熟运用mold-fiow软件操作，并能独立建立材料库及出具完整分析报告，与优化提案。 模流分析师岗位 模流分析师岗位职责 任职要求: 1、熟识模具设计; 2、具有moldflow实际运用年限2年以上工作阅历; 3、具有模流分析数据统计分析实力; 4、具有良好的沟通实力和文字表达实力。 工作职责: 1、运用模流分析软件模拟并分析结果,刚好精确供应模流分析报告; 2、通过这些结果对模具的方案可行性进行评估,完善模具设计方案及产品设计方案; 3、并帮助完善更新图纸的设计。
