1、2023年产品工程师岗位职责要求篇 书目 电源产品工程师岗位职责任职要求 电源产品工程师岗位职责 岗位职责: 1.负责新产品开发及项目进度的拟定、规划; 2.负责新产品或改进产品试产上线首件的确认及进度追踪; 3.产品研发或改进进度的跟催;产品故障分析及检讨; 4.负责样品管理，包括样品报告提交、样品检讨、设计更改和零件的最终确认; 5.依据设计内容编写bom清单、生产工艺文件及相关文件的编写、发行; 6.公司支配的其他工作。 岗位要求: 1.电力电子、电气、工业自动化等专业，本科及以上学历; 2.从事电源产品3年以上工作阅历，熟识常见dc-dc拓扑电路结构，有高频变压器设计实力，熟识llc拓

4、tional specifications based on the customer requirements， participate in the presentations for the developed products to the customer manage the development of the design concepts for the products (3d models， tolerance calculations， etc.) manage and perform the functional reviews at certain stages d
5、uring the projects (fmea， design concept release， cad concept etc.) in cooperation with the manager r&d， manage the process of the functional product release of the products within the area of responsibility. support the product expert in obtaining patents， patent check before gate， ensure that the
6、patent rights for new/existing products are protected in cooperation with the legal department prepare and maintain the technical documentation regarding the products within the relevant product group coordinate all engineering activities with the production department in order to ensure the product
7、bility of the designed products manage the processes of product modification in regards to the technical specifications during the serial production manage technical communication with prototype suppliers， i.e. material， durability， process， etc. support the product expert in the preparation and the
8、 realization of the engineering handbook coach new product engineer in terms of m+h design rule， product function， r&d process， standard， etc. review and release 3d design， drawing and technical assessment report， etc. organize lessons learn， engineering handbook training， experience and best practi
9、ce sharing forum， etc. work in conjunction with team to promote knowledge and competence enhancement. project management participate in/support the development of new project management tools， functions and processes for local/global implementation manage one or more projects under the lead of proje
10、ct manager and the manager r&d coordinate all required engineering activities within a project (concept development， design， simulation， acoustics and validation) establish the project plan regarding all required engineering activities within a project coordinate and support all activities within th
