1、2023年招聘管理岗位职责 书目 第1篇聘请管理专员岗位职责 聘请管理专员岗位职责 聘请管理专员 1.依据企业业务发展需求,协调、统计各业务模块的聘请需求,开展人才聘请工作,按安排完成聘请任务; coordinate and statics business functions hiring needs in according with the business development requirement. implement the recruitment tasks and accomplish the tasks in time; 2.依据校内聘请需求安排,前往指定校内完成校内聘请
2、宣讲、面试、录用等环节; according to campus recruitment planning, conduct campus roadshow, interviews and hiring among others in designated universities; 2.推动和提升人才寻访、面试录用等聘请关键环节效率等,参加完善公司人才库; push and enhance the efficiency of talent searching, interview and offering; improve the talents pool; 3.聘请渠道的拓展和开发,利用各
3、种有效聘请途径满意公司的聘请要求; development the recruitment channels. meet the hiring needs by effective hiring ways; 4.参加聘请体系建设及相关的优化、创新项目,提升聘请运作效率; participate in the optimizing and innovating of recruitment system. promote the hiring efficiency; 5.进行月度聘请总结、日常聘请数据统计; responsible for the monthly & quarter summar
