1、习惯的英语作文习惯的英语作文Im a middle school student.i have good eating habbits.I often drink a cup of milk and eatan egg for breakfast at home.I dont like milk,but my mom thinks its good for my health.Ioften eat lunch at school.I usually have some meat and vegetables.I like all kinds ofvegeatbles and fruit.I a
2、lso like juck food,but I only eat once or twice a month.I usually drinkwater and juice,and I never drink coffee or coke.As you see,i eat well and Im very well.As we all know everyone have his own habit,of course,it contain two sides:good habitsand bad habbits.Nobody is perfect in every way.However s
3、ometime we didnt know how tojudge from our habbits,even some bad habbit,we always say it was a good habbits with apersistent tone!As I mention from above,first of all,we must find out whats bad habbit for us and somebad habbits we have that we didnt know.You know,Smoking is a bad habbits we know and
4、there is no doubt,it cant cause cancer.But you also cant deny some famous people have ahabbits like that.But did you know that,for them,have a cigarette it means have a rest,it canrelax theirselves.But it has many ways for relaxing!Why should i choose smoking?So somehabbits that ambiguous we dont kn
5、ow whether it was right.In my opinion dont have it,but ifyou have that habbit,treat it as usual with positive attitude.when it was turn to bad or tend tobad,just give it up firmly!From J.Apart from it,we know some bad habbits like to bully people,bad personal hygiene(卫生),people dont keep his word,an

8、pital or in the carriages where smoking is not alloweddefinitely,never considering the feelings of others.I think we shoud prevent them from smoking.because,it will do harm to both themselvesand the persons around.As we know,talking loudly while eating is also a bad habit like smoking.Sometimes,mycl
9、assmates eat out together.To express their excitement,they would kid each other and thenlaugh loudly,though some others also having a dinner at the same place have expressed theirbitterness and complaint.In my opinion,having a dinner party can of couse reinforces the friendship among thefriends.But
10、it wont be forgoten that we shouldnt lay others pain aside,while enjoyingourselves.Other than those mentioned above,it sometimes could endanger ourlives crossing thestreet with a heavy traffic without paying enough attitions on lights.We can often see thescene where many policeman are solving a traf
11、fic accident and some persons have beendeadlaying on the ground.Thats too sad to see for us.But,it can be prevented before originally!Facing these bad habits,what can we do?In my opinion,on one hand,itsnecessary topersuade others not to continue theirhobby;and on the other hand,we should set anexamp
12、le to others,and never have a try.Habits,whether good or bad,are generally acquired.When a person does a certain thingonce and again,he is impelled by some unseen force to do the same thing repeatedly;thus ahabit is formed.Once a habit is formed,it is difficult,and sometimes impossible,to shake itof
13、f.It is therefore very important that we should take great care in the formation of habits.Some bad habits formed in childhood may remain lifetime.Older persons also form badhabits,and in some cases they are ruined by these bad habits.There are good habits which,when formed in early life,are great b
14、lessings.Manysuccessful people declare that they owe much of their success and prosperity to theformation of such good habits as punctuality,honesty,and perseverance in early life.Such habits as rudeness,laziness,stealing and slandering are bad habits.If we want to beuseful to society,we ought to ke
15、ep away from ail these vices,and strive to acquire thosehabits that are proven to be good for ourselves and others.Bad habits begin,and almost everyone is not noticed more and more.Once we recognizethe bad habits,or once they point out to us that this is a wise decision,we immediatelyeliminate them.
16、However,it is not easy to get a bad habit because we sometimes think aboutit.The methods are as follows:In order to get a bad habit,it is important that we first know that it is indeed a bad habit.For example,in the habit of smoking.It is obvious that smoking is harmful to peoples health.It can lead
17、 to lung cancer and heart attacks.Besides,smoking is a waste of money.A chain-smoker pays almost every day for his own meal.Therefore,if he can realize the danger andwaste,he will probably stop smoking immediately.In order to get a bad habit,it is essential that we also have a strong will.Lets take
18、up thehabit of smoking again.Not long after many smokers picked up the habit,they gave up again.Many of them cannot tell them how many times they have tried to give up smoking and howthey have not had so much time.Therefore,it is impossible to get any bad habits if wechange our mind constantly.Altho
19、ugh its not an easy bad habit,many people have succeeded in doing so,and we setgood patterns.Were going to learn these patterns,the way we go out with our bad habits,whatever it takes.I have some habbits,some are good,but some are bad.I like reading very much.From reading science books,I get a lot o
20、f knowledge.Fromreading novels,I lose myself in the stories.I like doing sports,too.It helps me keep healthy.Also I never put todays work till tomorrow.They are all my good habbits.They help me a lot inmy daily life.However,I also have some bad habbits.For example,sometimes I do my homeworkslowly,an
21、d stay up till very late.During meals I prefer meat to vegetables.And sometimes Iplay computer games too long without having a reat.They are all harmful to my health.From now on Ill try to keep my good habbits,and give up the bad ones.Then Ill live better.Everyone has their own habit.I have some liv
22、ing habits.I will take off my shoes and puton the slippers when I arrive home.And I get used to drink some soup before having dinner.Whats more,I have to keep my room light on until I fall asleep.If I am forced to changeanything about this,I will be very uncomfortable.For example,if I dont wear slip
23、per at home,Iwill be very uncomfortable.If I cant drink soup before dinner,I cant eat anything.And I cantfall asleep if the light is off.This is my living habit.Maybe I will change it one day,but now Icant receive any change about them.Good habits are important to our lives,which ensure us a healthy
24、 body and a goodmood.Havinga good rest is the basic,so that we can have enough energy in the wholeday.Otherwise,we can do nothing if we were sleepy.Therefore,remember to sleep and getupearly.Besides,eating healthily also plays an important role.There is an oldsaying goes,“Aclose mouth catches no fli
25、es.”That is telling us pay attentionto our eating.Finally,doingexercises is essential.It brings us health aswell as relaxation and pleasure.Many stress andnegative emotions can bedrained away by doing exercises.In short,healthy living habits bringmanybenefits,although sometimes you even do not reali

29、uestion of what to read.There are books on various subjectshistory,literature,philosophy,science,fine arts,etc.When you are to choose from among avast number of subjects the best books to read,you will feel quite at sea.I therefore suggestthat,before you proceed to read any book,you try to find out
30、what others have done beforeyou,that is read the results of other people s labour first.Usually newspapers or magazinesare always your convenient guide to the world of best writings.Another problem is how to read.Here,I would offer two suggestions:concentration andreflection.You cannot well understa
31、nd what is said in books unless you concentrate yourmind on what you read.And then you must think over what you have read.This is reflectionwhich helps to summarize your reading.To a great extent,concentration and reflection areinterdependent.A reading habit thus formed will prove valuable to you.Wh
32、enever you have spare time,you will resort not to places of pleasure,but to the bookshelves,you will not feel lonesomewhen you are alone,because you can see all kinds of characters moving and acting on thepages,and you can hear all kinds of good counsel.In the long run,your imagmauve Powerwill be in
