4、性能和路线富于变化,适用于中远距离传球和射门。动作要领踢定位球:斜线助跑,助跑方向与出球方向约成45,支撑脚以脚掌外沿积极着地,踏在球的侧后方2530厘米处,膝关节微屈,眼睛看球,身体重心稍倾向支撑脚一侧。在支撑脚踏地的同时,踢球腿以髋关节为轴,大腿带动小腿呈弧形由后向前摆动,膝踝关节稍外旋,当膝盖提到接近球的内侧垂直上方的刹那,小腿加速前提,击球时,膝关节向前顶送,脚背绷直,脚趾扣紧斜下指,以脚背内侧部位击球的后中下部。击球后,踢球腿顺势前摆落地。教法1、讲解、示范动作要领2、巡视并纠正错误动作,教师观察学生练习,总结学生的易犯错误,及时纠正。3、针对练习情况及时评价。学法1.模仿练习,一个
