1、垃圾分类宣传小册子电子版名师(完整版)资料(可以直接使用,可编辑 优秀版资料,欢迎下载)我们每个人每天都会扔出许多垃圾,你知道这些垃圾它们到哪里去了吗?在一些垃圾管理较好的地区,大部分垃圾会得到卫生填埋、焚烧、堆肥等无害化处理,而更多地方的垃圾则常常被简易堆放或填埋,导致臭气蔓延,并且污染土壤和地下水体。垃圾无害化处理的费用是非常高的,根据处理方式的不同,处理一吨垃圾的费用约为一百至几百元不等。人们大量地消耗资源,大规模生产,大量地消费,又大量地生产着垃圾。后果将不可设想。因此,垃圾分类是建设美好家园的必然要求!今天分一分,明天美十分!垃圾分类就是在源头将垃圾分类投放,并通过分类的清运和回收使
2、之重新变成资源。垃圾分类的好处是显而易见的。垃圾分类后被送到工厂而不是填埋场,既省下了土地,又避免了填埋或焚烧所产生的污染,还可以变废为宝。这场人与垃圾的战役中,人们把垃圾从敌人变成了朋友。垃圾分类小知识一、可回收垃圾可回收垃圾主要包括废纸、塑料、玻璃、金属和布料五大类。1、废纸:主要包括报纸、期刊、图书、各种包装纸等等。但是要注意纸巾和厕所纸由于水溶性太强,不可回收。2、玻璃:主要包括各种玻璃瓶、碎玻璃片、镜子、灯泡碎片、暖瓶等。3、金属物:主要包括易拉罐、罐头盒等。二、有害垃圾有毒有害垃圾是指存有对人体健康有害的重金属、有毒的物质或者对环境造成现实危害或者潜在危害的废弃物。有毒有害垃圾包括
3、电池、荧光灯管、灯泡、水银温度计、油漆桶、家电类、过期药品、过期化妆品等。如果电池被焚烧处理,爆炸后会死伤无数;荧光灯管和灯泡和上述的电池一样,辐射也较大;水银更为危险,是有毒物质所以,这些垃圾一般使用填埋处理。三、厨余垃圾厨余垃圾包括剩菜剩饭、骨头、菜根菜叶等食品类废物,经生物技术就地处理堆肥,每吨可生产0.3吨有机肥料。四、其它垃圾其它垃圾包括除上述几类垃圾之外的砖瓦陶瓷、渣土、卫生间废纸、纸巾等难以回收的废弃物,通常根据垃圾特性采取焚烧或者填埋的方式处理。小误区,注意咯!1、大棒骨餐厨垃圾事实上,大棒骨因为“难腐蚀”被列入“其它垃圾”。类似的还有玉米核、坚果壳、果核、鸡骨等则是餐厨垃圾。
4、2、卫生纸可回收厕纸、卫生纸遇水即溶,不算可回收的“纸张”,类似的还有陶器、烟盒等。3、餐厨垃圾装袋常用的塑料袋,即使是可以降解的也远比餐厨垃圾更难腐蚀。此外塑料袋本身是可回收垃圾。正确做法应该是将餐厨垃圾倒入垃圾桶,塑料袋另扔进“可回收垃圾”桶。4、果壳算其它垃圾固废中心专家说, “果壳瓜皮”的标识就是花生壳,的确属于其它垃圾。家里用剩的废弃食用油,也归类在“厨房垃圾”。5、尘土算其他垃圾在杭州的垃圾分类中,尘土属于“其他垃圾”,但残枝落叶属于“厨房垃圾”,包括家里开败的鲜花等。这就带来一个难题,如果阳台上种了花,松松土,修剪了枝叶,扫一簸箕垃圾还得再分一次吗?如果你是一个坚定的环保主义者,
5、不怕麻烦,赞成这么做。但也允许倒入“其他垃圾”。等今后垃圾分类推广后,再考虑具体办法。垃圾分类小疑问1.啤酒瓶收破烂的都不要了,算其他垃圾吗?答:错。啤酒瓶能卖钱,属于可回收物。只不过它个头大、利润低,遭嫌弃罢了。所以还是要和报纸等放在一起,收集多了一起卖掉。如果嫌它放在阳台上占地方,就拎下来投在小区里蓝色的“可回收物”箱里,环卫工人会来收的。集中之后,进入现有废品回收渠道。2.几颗不用的纽扣,塑料做的,是可回收物吗?答:对。除塑料袋外的塑料制品,比如泡沫塑料、塑料瓶、硬塑料、橡胶及橡胶制品,都属于可回收物。固废中心专家说,如果数量不大的话,纽扣也可以投在“其他垃圾”里。3.速冻饺子、豆腐包装
6、盒,都是厨房里产生的垃圾,当然是厨房垃圾吗?答:错。一次性餐具、食品包装袋都归类“其他垃圾”。另外,用过的餐巾纸、卫生间的纸,还有抽过的烟头、旧衣物,也属于“其他垃圾”。4、花生壳算其他垃圾吗?答:对。5.热水瓶胆和废旧灯管一样,属于有毒有害品吗?答:错。有害固体废物管理中心监督科科长王磊说,热水瓶胆本身是玻璃的,有一层很薄的水银,应该划为其他垃圾。另外,像修正液之类,毒性不强,也可以归为其他垃圾。一般,有危害性、传染性、易燃易爆的才划为有害垃圾之列。居民生活中产生的有毒有害垃圾不是很多,像头发上擦的摩丝,里面有压力容器,易燃易爆;再比如用剩的香水,里面的酒精成分多,易挥发,这一类可以作为有害
7、垃圾处理。6.尘土算其他垃圾?答:对。房屋租赁合同出租方(以下简称甲方):承租方(以下简称乙方):根据中华人民共和国合同法及相关法律法规的规定,甲、乙双方在平等、自愿的基础上,就甲方将房屋出租给乙方使用,乙方承租甲方房屋事宜订立本合同。第一条 出租房屋的位置、面积、装修及设施情况:1、甲方出租给乙方的房屋位于 , 2、该房屋现有装修及设施、设备情况 ;第二条 甲方应提供房产证(或具有出租权的有效证明)、身份证明等文件,乙方应提供身份证明文件。双方验证后可复印对方文件备存。所有复印件仅供本次租赁使用。第三条 租赁期限、用途: 1、该房屋租赁期共_个月,自_年_月_日起至_年_月_日止。 2、乙方

9、该物业予乙方使用,甲方交楼时应当结清所有欠款并办理有关移交手续,办结后经甲乙双方验收签字并移交房门钥匙后视为交付完成。(三) 租赁期间,因使用该物业产生的物业管理费、水电费、 费、上网费、有线电视费、燃气费、清洁费、车位费等相关其他杂费均由乙方承担,若有未列名费用,甲乙双方可以相互协商,在本合同备注条款注明或另行签订补充协议。(四)甲方出租该房屋,不出具租房发票。因租房产生的任何税费均由乙方承担。第七条 房屋转租:在租赁期内,乙方不得将该物业部分或全部转租给他人(经甲方书面同意转租的除外,但转租期限不得超过本合同约定的租赁期限)。如乙方未按约定私自转租的,甲方有权解除合同并没收全部租房押金。因
10、转租给甲方造成损失的,还需承担损害赔偿责任。第八条 双方责任:(一) 甲方应确保交付的该物业及其物业内所有附属设备设施能实现租赁目的,并保证其安全性符合国家相关法律、法规或规章的各种相关规定。乙方对该物业及其附属设备设施应尽合理使用义务。(二) 在租赁期内,乙方不得擅自改变房屋结构或用途,否则甲方有权没收租房押金并单方解除该合同。若甲方或乙方需要对该物业进行改建、扩建或装修的,双方应另行签订书面协议,并符合相关法律规定。(三) 乙方故意拖欠租金、欠缴相关费用或提前退租的视为乙方违约,甲方有权没收租房押金。甲方在收取乙方租房押金后却提前解除合同的或甲方违反本合同中其他约定的,视为甲方违约,乙方可
11、以要求甲方向其双倍返还租房押金。(四) 合同终止或解除后,甲方有权没收该物业,乙方应于 天之内无条件迁出该物业,若乙方拒不交回该物业钥匙及迁出该物业,甲方有权在物业管理处人员见证下进入该物业,并视为乙方放弃存放在该物业内的全部物品的所有权。(五) 甲方收取乙方的款项,乙方有权要求甲方出具收款收据,转账支付的,转账凭条可作为交付相关款项的证明。(六) 如因不可抗力(不可预见、不可避免、不可克服)导致本合同无法履行,本合同自动解除,双方互不追究对方责任,甲方须在三天内退还乙方租房押金(不计利息)。第九条 本合同一式贰份,具有同等法律效力,自各方签字/盖章后生效。因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的争议,
