1、济南市城市综合交通近期建设规划精品资料（完整版）资料(可以直接使用，可编辑 优秀版资料，欢迎下载） 九十年代末，济南城市建设快速发展，城市化水平逐步提高。城市交通如何适应市场经济发展以及城市可持续发展的需要，需以新的观念和思路重新审视，探索新的对策。因此，编制了济南市第一个城市综合交通规划。 规划构思 通过对城市交通现状和社会经济发展等相关资料的调查分析，建立济南市城市交通数据库。对城市交通现状及存在的问题进行分析研究，找出其产生的实质性症结所在。 依据济南市国民经济和社会发展“九五”计划和2021年远景目标纲要，结合济南市城市总体规划确定的城市发展规模及土地利用布局，研究制定城市综合交通发展
2、战略，拟定未来城市交通发展和各种机动车增长的几种模式，科学预测未来交通需求，确定济南城市综合交通发展战略性政策、措施。 规划主要内容 利用TRIPS交通规划软件，建立了济南市交通模型，为科学定量研究、决策城市交通提供了技术支持。 确定城市道路的四级标准，规划城市快速路系统。同时，加密了城市次干路系统，完善了城市道路网系统。 重点进行了公交系统的研究，确定了发展目标及规模，落实了公交发展所必需的各类场站用地，提出对出租车及摩托车进行规模控制。 提出了轨道交通规划建设的思路，争取2021年完成轨道交通一号线，进一步提高公共交通的地位。 重视静态交通的研究，确定了停车场的容量，并提出了配建停车场的指
3、标。 主要技术经济指标 确定了2021年济南市城市交通系统技术经济指标：中心城区道路网密度为5.7公里/平方公里，道路用地率为15.7%，人均道路用地为16平方米，主干路次干路支路之比为1:1.3:2.7，高峰小时路网平均负荷度为0.4。二环路以内公交线网密度达到3.2公里/平方公里，线网覆盖率达到90%，公共交通所承担的客运量占客运出行总量的33%，规划年需建1.9万个标准车位的机动车公共停车场。 创新与特色 通过与城市总体规划结合，互相反馈，交通规划更加科学合理，更具可操作性。 利用世界先进的TRIPS交通规划软件，建立数学模型，并编制了适合济南状况的公次分析模型。 实施效果 济南市城市综
4、合交通规划已全面应用于城市交通政策的制定、交通建设及管理。针对摩托车的快速增长，按规划制定了限制政策。优先发展城市公共交通的政策得到落实，建设了公交专用道及港湾式停车站，每年增加200部车辆，公交年运量平均增长率达到20%。轨道交通建设进入实施操作阶段，2001年上半年可立项。在交通规划指导下，完成了济南市城市快速路规划的编制。 绝密启用前济南市2021年初三年级学业水平考试英 语 试 题本试题分选择题部分和非选择题部分，共10页，满分为150分。考试用时120分钟。答题前，请考生务必将自己的姓名、座号和准考证号填写在答题卡上，并同时将考点、姓名、准考证号和座号填写在试卷规定的位置。答题时，选
