1、本 科 毕 业 设计题目外滩北苑xxx号楼投标文件编制 总 目 录 毕业设计总说明I投标文件II译文及原文III毕业设计总结IVI毕业设计总说明毕业设计总说明本毕业设计课题为外滩北苑26号楼投标文件编制。课题任务内容为:编制一份工程预算文件;编制一份完整的施工组织设计,包括工程概况、施工方案、施工进度计划,施工准备工作(各项准备工作包括各种资源的需要量及其供应计划 ),施工平面图,以及模板及支撑、临时用水用电、安全施工、季节性施工等专项方案;工程管理专业相关知识英文资料翻译;在提供的图纸中绘制与施工组织设计相关的6张2号图纸(其中1张手绘图,5张CAD图)。本人根据毕业设计任务书的要求,通过学
2、习有关建筑规范和规章,查阅相关资料,依次逐步完成开题报告、6张A2图纸、工程量计算、英文翻译、施工组织设计、专题论文等毕业设计任务。本课题源于工程实践,涉及的工程的概况为工程占地约4404.7平方米。施工工期180天,工程质量合格。先根据图纸上的建筑说明和结构说明,然后了解整个工程的概况,接着开始熟悉毕业设计任务书,确定自己的工作量,开始做毕业设计。首先进行工程量的计算,工程量的计算分为:土方及基础工程、混凝土和钢筋工程、砌筑工程、屋面及防水工程、防腐保温隔热工程、楼地面工程、墙柱面工程、天棚工程、门窗工程、油漆工程、其他零星工程等。在进行工程量计算的过程中碰到不少的问题。由于在这之前,工程上
3、的实际图纸接触得较少,而且并有没有参与过一项完整的工程施工,所以在刚开始的时候,识图就成了大问题。通过一段的时间,查阅相关资料,向老师和同学请教,在识图方面有了一定的进步。当算到钢筋工程时,又让我有点犯难了,只见图纸上密密麻麻的钢筋让我看的头昏眼花,算了一会儿,我就不想算了,我有放弃的念头,可是看着我们小组的其他同学一个个都埋头苦算着,我顿时又充满了动力,于是我调整了心态,又埋头计算,就这样,经过我一个星期的埋头计算,钢筋工程终于被我攻克了,我感到无比的开心,也找回了自信,相信在今后我再也不会畏惧钢筋工程了,我会算的越来越快,并且会越来越准确。接下来就是施工组织设计的编制,在刚开使编制的时候,
4、我很茫然,不知道该如何下手,后来通过向陈老师和同学的清教,终于理清头绪,原来施工组织设计主要包括以下内容:工程概况、施工部署、施工准备、施工组织与管理机构、工程测量与施工放线、基础结构施工、架子搭设与防护、工程防水施工措施及工程质量通病防治、工期保证措施、质量技术保证措施、安全生产保证措施、文明施工保证措施、环境管理保证措施、季节性施工措施、施工平面布置图、施工进度计划等。于是我选择一个一个击破的方式,不断的搜索资料,逐一填充施工组织设计所涵盖的内容。光阴似箭,几个月的课题设计已经接近尾声,我学到了不少东西,不仅温故了以前学的专业知识,而且还锻炼了自己的意志,让我知道做设计就需要坚持,意志需要
