1、一、CCMS团队整体介绍电子科学与技术系计算材 料科学与测量模拟基地(CCMS-Center fbr Computational MaterialsScience and Measurement Simulation)是从专业课程理论与实践教学出发,探索出贯通式、团队式和互动式为核心的主动实践模式,并逐步发展壮大的创新人才培养实践基地。自2002年4月创建以来,得 到“新世纪教学改革重点工程项目一一计算材料学与新材料设计跨学科互动式虚拟基地建设”的有力资助。在学校、电子系和所在研究所的大力支持下,与“微电子器件与IC设计”、计算材料学与材料设计基础等专业课程相结合,面向本科教学,采取理论学习与
2、实践相结合、课内与课外相结合的模式,让更多的本科生进入实验室进行实践活动,给本科生以更充裕的时间、更广阔的空间去探索、创新和实践。利用已建立CCMS特色网站http:218.199.80.10:8888/网络资源,自主管理维护,为分布式教学实验作好准备,实现教学和教学改革互动关系。目前实验区CCMS基地虚拟仪器部已获得了著名美国国家仪器公司(NI,National Instruments)、美国模拟器件公司(ADI,Analog Devices Inc)、美国Xilinx公司和美国泰克仪器公司(Texas Instruments)的软件和硬件捐赠,并落实了实验开发和竞赛等示范项目。依托CCMS
3、创新基地,建立基于Internet的分布式检测教学实验系统,实现资源共享,实时讨论、在线实验、课外拓展。并率先开设面向全校本科生公共课程 虚拟仪器技术及LabVIEW编程,该课程包括虚拟仪器技术、LabVIEW图形编程G语言程序设计基础、硬件编程上机实验三部分。在0304学年,包括机械学院、能源学院、材料学院、水电学院、交通学院、电子系、电信系等相关学科学生选修了该课程,并有部分同学在CCMS创新基地进行课程项目设计,实现了跨学科教学和实践新模式。实验区现有教授博士生导师1名,指导讲师2名,博士研究生8名,硕士研究生生1 4名,实验区总面积400平方米,包含DSP/FPGA研发小组,射频研发小
4、组和计算材料学工作室。自成立以来,C C M S 基地实践探索出本科生课外科技活动、课程设计、专业实习、毕业设计等集中性实践环节的贯通式培养实践,项目驱动团队式研究的课程设计实践,教学、教改、科研、创新基地建设的互动式发展实践为核心的主动实践模式,强力地促进团队式研究型教学法研究,成功地实施主动实践模式。通过第二课堂、特优生培养、科技创新活动、专业实习和毕业设计实践环节,总计培养本科生1 07 人,项目驱动的课程设计达到1 8 1 4 人,发表研究论文5 篇,完成研究论文3 1 篇,研究报告(包括毕业论文1 3 2 篇)。迄今C C M S 创新基地培养毕业生累计有近3 0人进入重点大学攻读研
5、究生(北京大学、清华大学、复旦大学、中国科技大学等),3 人留学美国,1 人留学英国,1 人留学德国,1 人留学新加坡,1 人留学韩国,1 人留学荷兰。通过第二课堂、特优生培养、科技创新活动、专业实习和毕业设计实践环节,总计培养本科生1 07 人,项目驱动的课程设计达到1 8 1 4 人,发表研究论文5 篇,完成研究论文3 1 篇,研究报告(包括毕业论文1 3 2 篇)。迄今C C M S 创新基地培养毕业生累计有近3 0人进入重点大学攻读研究生(北京大学、清华大学、复旦大学、中国科技大学等),3 人留学美国,1 人留学英国,1 人留学德国,1 人留学新加坡,1 人留学韩国,1 人留学荷兰。二
6、、CCMS创新试验区特色及培养理念1 .特优生和专长生亮点培养C C M S 实践基地每年吸纳一批学习特优生和专长生,提前步入导师制培养阶段,针对每个特优生和专长生的特点,指派专人专职负责培养,以团队领导的形式,实现尖子生的亮点培养。C C M S 创新基地积极为优秀本科生创造参加国际国内学术交流的机会。2 002 到2 007,C C M S 创新基地连续6 年派遣本科生参加美国国家仪器公司(N a t i o n a lI n s t r u m en t s,简称N I)在上海举行的“基于计算机的测量与自动化应用研讨会(N I D A Y s)”(07 年活动地点为北京),并获N I 征
7、文优秀奖项多次。2 .课外科技活动、专业实习与毕业设计一一线型培养依托与美国国家仪器公司共建的“中美V I 联合实验室,C C M S 实践基地率先在全校范围内开设本科生课程 虚拟仪器技术及L a b V I E W 编程,并积极吸纳一批兴趣浓厚、实践动手能力强的本科生参与课外科技活动、专业实习和毕业设计,实现教学实践环节的线型培养。组织学生兴趣小组,在实验区研究生的指导下结合所学开展课外活动。活动内容包括学术性课题研究、学术论文撰写、学术研究能力培养等,并为学生提供发布、发表以及共享学习研究成果的环境,从而使之获取实践经验,增强动手技能,培养学生独立判断和应变的能力。3.团队协作式,促进学生
8、能力全提高CCMS实验区提出5P51全新培养理念,即P r o j e c t&I n t e r a c t i v e,P a t e n t&I n v e n t i v e P a p e r&I m p a c t,P r o p o s a l&I n n o v a t i v e,P r i z e&I n t e g r a t e d。在注重培养本科生的团队协作精神和科学创新精神的同时,实现了理论教学和实践教学设计的有效结合。三、CCMS创新实验区主要研究方向1.RF(射频)方向:RF硬件设备主要包括NI 5660和NI 5670以及18槽PXI机箱PXI-1045。基于
9、该硬件,已完成RFID检测系统的搭建,其包含 的 协 议 有:IS0/IEC14443.IS0/IEC 18000-3 type A.ISO/IEC 18000-3 typeB o该系统能完成上述协议的RFID卡的检测工作,已实现多卡同时识别技术。先已为电子科学与技术系IC设计中心提供RFID卡测试帮助。现阶段正在研制网络分析仪;已完成与上海聚星仪器公司的技术交流,获得其标量网络分析仪测试软件,拟研制矢量网络分析仪,以支持实验室材料设计方向的发展。2.DSP方向:主要研究TI2系列控制器,TI6系列音频视频处理器,ADI Blackfin系列音视频处理器。3.FPGA方 向:Xilinx,Al
10、tera各型号FPGA均有涉及。4.虚拟仪器方向:CCMS传统强项,与National Instruments联合,具备强大的科研能力。四、CCMS团队的信念与展望电子科学与技术系CCM S 创新实践基地始终处于教学改革的第一线,坚持“教学为本、学术主导、应用领先、培养互动、和谐发展”的成长策略,秉承“5P 5I”培养理念,系统地开展了贯通式培养、团队式研究和互动式发展为核心的主动实践模式探索,不断强化高素质高层次人才培养和高水平科学研究互动,在学士一硕士一博士人才培养链中,特别重视对本科生的综合能力和科学研究素质培养。CCM S 实践基地将努力发展成既为能进行专业课程的理论教学,又能进行专业
11、知识的综合性应用与研究的创新教学基地,为学生提供综合性、设计性、创造性比较强的创新人才培养环境。五、CCMS创新实验区招贤榜(一)招新对象:全校大一,大二,大三本科生;有一定软硬件基础。有兴趣,有想法,动手能力强。创新实验区开设方向:单片机、D S P(T I,A D I)、F PG A、RF (射频)、计算材料学。(二)招新流程:全年随时招新,有意进入实验区的同学,可以随时将个人资料及所选方向通过邮件的方式发到负责人邮箱:l i ve n e ss v万.皿c o m,实验区将会进行面试,面试通过者将会成为C C MS 创新实验区预备队员,可进入实验区学习。三个月后进行一次评审考核,考核通过

13、CMS(Center for Computational Materials Science andMeasurement Simulation)of the Department of Electronic andTechnology provides an ideal platform for team members toexperiment with innovative ideas.It adopts a run-through mode that combines themajor practice links of the curriculum including extracu
14、rricular activity,courseproject,specialty practice and graduation project.It is based on teamwork andcentered on interaction.Since its establishment in April,2002,CCMS has been constantly funded by the“New Century Teaching Reform Key Project一the Building of ComputationalMaterials Science and New Mat
15、erial Design Interactive Visualization Center.Withthe support of the University,the Department of Electronic and Technology as well asthe Department Institute,CCMS is able to integrate with such specialty courses asMicro-Electronic Instrument and IC Design and Computational Materials Scienceand Basi
16、c Material Design etc.These courses are offered to undergraduate studentsand effectively combine theory and practice learning,and in-class learning and after-class learning.CCMS provides opportunities and space for innovative undergraduatestudents to use the laboratory,to experiment and to practice.
17、It makes use of itsCCMS website(http:/218.199.80.10:8888/),which paves the way for distributedteaching experiment and is taken as a major means of teaching renovation.Up to now,the center has obtained donation of visual instruments from companiessuch as NI(National Instruments),ADI(Analog Devices In
18、c),Xilinx and TexasInstruments.It has mapped out several experiment and development projects andcompetition programs.By relying on CCMS center,a distributed detective teachingexperiment system based on internet is established which realizes resources-sharing,real-time discussion and on-line experime
19、nt etc.Also based on CCMS,a new publiccourse is offered to the undergraduates,namely,Visual Instrument Technology andLab VIEW Programming.The course consists of three parts:visual instrumenttechnology,basic Lab VIEW programming G language,and hardware programmingexperiment.For the academic year 03-0
20、4,students who chose the course came from avariety of related disciplines such as School of Mechanics,School of Energy,Schoolof Material Science,School of Hydro-electricity and School of Electronics etc.Aconsiderable proportion of the students finished their course design project in thecenter,which
21、was taken as an innovative mode for conducting across-disciplinarypractice.The center is staffed by 1 professor,2 tutoring lecturers,8 students in doctor programand 14 students in master program.The center consists of DSP/FPGA developmentgroup,RF group and computational materials workshop,covering a
22、 total floor area of400 square meters.Since its establishment,CCMS center has explored and worked out a working patternof its own features:It adopts a run-through mode that combines the major practicelinks of the curriculum including extracurricular activity,course project,specialtypractice and grad
23、uation project;It is project driven and teamwork based;Itencourages multi-channel interactions among teaching,teaching renovation,researchand innovative talents cultivation.In all,107 students have participated in the various extracurricular technologyinnovation activities,specialty practice,and gra
24、duation project;1814 students havefinished their course project design by project-driven mode;31 research papers havebeen accomplished;5 papers are published;research reports(including graduationthesis 132)are handed in.Up to now,about 30 students from the center have beenadmitted into the best univ
25、ersities in China to study for a postgraduate program;3have been admitted in universities in USA,1 in UK,1 in Germany,1 in Singapore,1in South Korea,1 in Netherland.2.The feature of CCMS center and the notion of talentcultivation1)Cultivation of outstanding students and specialty-accomplished studen
26、tsCCMS recruits a number of outstanding students and specialty-accomplished studentsevery year from the freshman,sophomore and junior students,each of whom isassigned a tutor.The interest of each member will be developed and fostered.Besides,CCMS center actively creates opportunities for students to
27、 participate in academicconferences and exchanges both home and abroad.From 2002 to 2007,undergraduatestudents from the center have participated in the NIDAYs hosted by NI(NationalInstruments)in Shanghai and Beijing and have won various prizes from NI.2)Run-through mode-extracurricular technology ac
28、tivity to specialty project tograduation projectBased on the Visual Instrumentation Sino-US Joint Laboratory-a joint effort of NIand HUST,CCMS offered an optional public course to the undergraduate students ofthe whole university-Visual Instrument Technology and Lab VIEW Programming.Through the cour
29、se,the centre has attracted a number of students with potential,enthusiasm and initiality and organize them into various extracurricular technologyactivity,specialty project design and graduation project design.During theseextracurricular activities,students learn to do research under the guidance o
30、f theirtutors.Students9 academic research ability,academic paper writing and criticalthinking ability is trained and practiced.And the center and the tutors also tries toprovide a platform for the students to publish publicize and share their research fruits.3)Teamwork-based mode for developing comp
31、rehensive abilityCCMS center has advocated an innovative cultivation notion known as the 5P5Inotion:Project&Interactive,Patent&Inventive,Paper&Impact,Proposal&Innovative,Prize&Integrated.The notion stresses on cultivating students9teamwork spirit,innovative spirit and integrates theory teaching and
