15、whichwillcausethelenderrefusetoextendtheloan：（1）theborrowerortheprincipalexecutivesoftheborrowerinvolveinmaterialeventswhichbreach（2）pendingactionsandarbitration；（3）theborrowersdebtsorproposeddebtsorliensandotherencumbrances；（4）theothermatterswillimpactthefinancialstatusorabilitiesofrepaymentforthed
16、ebts；（5）theborrowerbreachedcontractwhichisbetweentheborrowerandothercreditors.ii.theborrowerherebywarrantsasfollows：1.usingthecapitaloftheloanasusagesetforthinthiscontract，theborrowerwillnotusetheloanasequityinvestment；theborrowerwillnotusethecapitaloftheloaninvestinsecurity，future，realestateetc.the
17、borrowerwillnotlendtotheothersprivatelyorinvolvingothermaterswhichisprohibitedbythecountry.theborrowerwillnotmisusingorappropriationoftheloan.2.makingpaymentandrelatedexpensesinaccordancewiththeprovisionssetforthinthiscontract；3.providingupdatedfinancialstatementorfinancialbulletineveryquarter；provi

21、tpaytheothersimilarloanspriortothelender；9.theborrowerwarrantstoinformthelenderimmediatelywhenthefollowingeventsoccurred：（1）theeventofbreachofcontractunderthiscontractorotherloanorguarantycontractsbetweentheborrowerandanybranchesofbankofchinaorotherbanks，non-bankfinancialorganization；（2）theborrowerc
22、hangesshareholdersorrevisethearticleofassociation；（3）theborrowersufferdifficultiesandbadresultinfinancialandoperation；（4）theborrowerinvolvesinmaterialactionsorarbitration；10.theborrowershallkeepsufficientbalanceforrepaymentprior*totheduedate.foreigncurrencyect.shallbeconductedatthelenderorotherbranc
