2、 in No.1 Automobile Manufacturer of Changchun.Now,there are many kinds of cars all over the world,some of them have quite excellent performance.Some main domestic automobile manufacturers:the First Automobile Factory of China,Shanghai Automobile manufacturer,Beijing manufacturer and so on.Some forei
3、gn automobile manufacturer:General Motors Corporation,Benz,Mitsubish Motor Corporation,Toyota Motor Corporation,etc.The total construction of an automobile usually consists of engine,chassis,body and electrical equipments.Gasoline Engine:crank-connecting rod mechanism,mixture distribution mechanism,
4、fuel supply system,igniting system,cooling system,lubricating system,starting system.Chassis:transmission system,drive system,brake system,steering system.The Electrical Equipments:battery,ignition and start system,lights,instrument panel,wipers,power windows,air conditional and so on.The actions ta
5、king place in the engine cylinder can be divided into 4 strokes.A stroke is the piston movement from TDC to BDC or from BDC to TDC.The 4 piston strokes are intake,compression,power(ignition,firing)and exhaust.Intake Stroke:The intake valve opens,piston goes down,the petrol/air mixture enters into th
6、e cylinder.Compression Stroke:After the piston reaches BDC,the inlet valve closes.The revolving crankshaft pushes the piston up again.The mixture is compressed upward into the combustion chamber.Power Stroke:As the piston reaches TDC,an electric spark is produced at the spark plug,this ignites the m
7、ixture.The heat from the explosion causes high pressure on the top of the piston,and itll go down again.Exhaust Stroke:As the piston reaches BDC,the exhaust valve opens.During the up-stroke the products of combustion are pushed past the valve and out of the engine.Then,when the piston reaches TDC,th
