30、贯穿全过程,是“教学相长”的完美统一。在教学反思的实践中,教师可以借助行动研究的方法,把自己的教学实践与学生的反馈信息结合在一起作为一个认识对象进行分析,探讨与解决教学设计、教学过程中出现的问题,不断提升教学实践的可行性、合理性,促进教学效果、教学效益的提高,同时也不断提高教师的教科研能力,促进教师专业化,锻炼教师自我发展和自身素质的提升。所以提高教师的教学反思能力,能够提高教师对教学进行积极、主动地计划、检查、评价、反馈、控制和调节的能力,促进学生的学习。我在英语教学中,经常从以下方面入手进行反思:一是反思教学设计。为避免自己过分地依赖已有的教学经验,或照搬现成的教案,在授课前的备课阶段,我
31、经常结合现在学生的实际,反思原有的教学设计,因为我感觉“照本宣科”的教学是教师的“一厢情愿”,学生不会有太多的兴趣。例如,在教学九年级英语 Unit 4 We re trying to savethe manatees!时,我曾经参考教参,照搬了一个教案。通过创设情景由询问“图上有什么”开始,由浅入深,以旧带新,引出动物园,动物园中有的东西,尤其复习了动物名称。通过表格形式从比较城市和乡村到比较中国的农场与美国的农场,发挥了学生的想象力,最后为比较级和最高级的操练活动。老实说,两部分内容学习下来,学生的反映还不错。但通过反思,我觉得学生所有的活动都是在根据教师的要求找答案,学生一直在被老师拖着
32、走。学生的主动性还没有得到进一步发挥,而且两部分内容缺少连贯性与整体性,尤其是第二部分比较等级的操练,更缺少学生感兴趣的语言内容。我就试着对这一教学设计重新策划,重点就是如何用活教材?首先我调整了一、二部分内容的顺序,在复习的基础上,直接用图片引出city、country这两个词,然后,根据第二部分进行比较等级的操练,话题引入country,引出更多关于country的特点,如物产、季节、色彩等,然后讲述farm里的东西,引入第一部分,使得一、二部分浑然一体,突出围绕一个主题O nthefarm,而且学生兴趣浓厚,自己主动用书本上的新语句帮忙组织对话,这样的效果与前一设计的效果又有了很大的不同
33、。所以备课时对过去的经验进行反思,结合新的教学理念,看学生现在的实际情况、现有的教学条件、教具。在设计教案时,我常常要罗列反思的项目:如需要给学生讲解的关键概念到位了吗?教学重点、难点的确定是否准确?学生已有哪些生活经验和知识储备?教学内容的深度、广度对学生是否适度?呈现方式是否符合学生的心理特点,学生能接受吗?学生在接受新知识时会出现哪些情况?哪些因素会影响课的效果?哪些学生需要特别关注?教学前的反思能给自己的课堂教学作好铺垫。二是反思教学过程。即在教学过程中,常有不可预料情况发生,这时教师要进行及时的反思:根据学生的学习效果反馈,对教学计划进行适当的调整。虽然在备课时,教师已预设了种种教学
34、方案,但在实际教学中还是会遇到一些意想不到的问题,如学生不能按计划的时间回答问题,学生的回答没有办法切中教师预设答题的关键,或者师生互动交往开展不顺,学生对教师预期的解释有歧义等。这时需要教师根据学生的反馈信息,抓住有利于教学计划实施的因素,因势利导,对计划快速、灵活地作适当修改与调整。在初四册 教 学 U n itl需要了解个人信息时,我曾设计有一个采访名人的环节,而且还给学 生展示 What s your name?Where are youfrom?How do you like-?后来学生一活动,我就觉得不对劲了,为什么?何为名人?!名人大名谁人不知!采访时再设问名字这一环,实际上已别

37、情高涨,个个争先恐后发言,课堂秩序忽然显乱。我不忍挫伤学生的积极性,又不甘心课堂的有效时间被白白浪费,心里急速一转,立即采用小组竞赛的方式进行辩论,正 方(愿服这种药)反 方(不愿试这药)对垒,学生有了阵营,矛头直指对方,我注意观察每个学生的行为,发现学生表现得真不错,会讲的讲得彬彬有礼,基础差的为了帮忙也能讲些力所能及的短语。我所做的就是为正反方学生在黑板上罗列各自的论点,根据学生的语言能力,提供必要的词汇。这种生生互动气氛热烈,但仍在教师的有效控制之中。诸如此类的例子,在我的教学中不胜枚举。总之,在教学过程中,我常常快速回答自己:为什么会出现这样的问题?我该如何应对?采取什么样的措施、策略
38、才凑效?我常反思教学过程是否适用每一位学生?哪些学生还没有积极参与?学生的思维是否给我引向了深入?课堂气氛是否利于学生的学习?本次教学内容是否真正进入了学生的头脑?如何更好地组织管理课堂教学秩序?怎样做才能够既保持了课堂的张力,又使之有利于学生的“学”与教师的“教”?三是反思教学心得。在课后对整个课堂教学过程进行思考性的概括,对教师自身的教学观念、教学行为和学生的表现,以及教学的成败进行梳理,并以教学后记的形式来完成。我认为这也是最值得我坚持做的。常常在课后,我会对教学的整个过程进行反思、分析、总结,并及时地作下记录。我回忆教学过程怎样?是否达到预期的效果?教学计划如何?是否有所改变?改变计划
39、的原因是什么?改变的方法是否有效?有没有更有效的策略?学生已顺利地完成了任务吗?学生是否有所得?是否帮助学生构建了知识体系?是否对培养解题能力有所帮助?教师本身的教学思想可有存在问题?等等。我记下成功之举,总结可取之处,也记下自己的失误与疏漏,作深刻的剖析,我记下课堂中师生智慧灵感的不期而遇,独创的见解值得回味,能帮我拓宽教学思路。我最想记的就是再教设计,怎样在下一次教学中扬长避短,精益求精。我有阅读课教学的反思,有对话课的处理,有词汇教学方法的反思,有任务设计的注意事项,有关于课堂控制的,有关于信息技术的,有关于教材的使用的,有关于英语的记忆背诵的点点滴滴,一有所得,及时记下,不断反思,不断
40、困惑,不断超越。在教学用英语“表达提建议的方式”时,我有这样的设计:问学生假如出去旅行要带什么?要学生用建议的方式组织答句。开始学生很兴奋,几句之后,学生便冷落下来,似乎眼高手低,无法表达。我反思一一活动虽有交际性,但一定要尊重学生已有的知识与经验、任务设计一定要真实,要能够完成。于是再教设计时,我不是直接要学生回答所带物品,而是给学生列出了许多可供选择的物品的英文名称,其中有学生熟练的,也有学生不会说的,要学生选择,并说明这样选择的理由结果交流起来学生兴趣更浓,教学目标也完成得很好。反思,为我的英语教学注入了活力,适应新课程改革的要求。因为不断的反思,让我学会用新的理念指导自己的教学实践,在
