2、和基本要求,特制定本专周实践指导书。请相关指导老师和2009级该专业的所有同学都要严格遵照执行。一、实践目的外贸英语函电课程实践是2009级国际贸易专业学生在学习好 外贸英语函电课程后而开展的实践教学环节之一。其基本目的是通过课程实践,培养学生对所学外贸英语函电知识的实际运用能力,加深学生对进出口业务环节的理解,使学生能够在较短时间内快速熟悉并掌握外贸英文函电的撰写技能。专周实践的具体目的是:1.掌握建交信函的写作内容、写作方法及相关句型和词汇,并能用信函中出现的核心词汇和常用表达法写出相应的建立业务关系信函。2.掌握询盘、报盘和还盘函撰写要点及其应注意的事项,并能应用相关语言点进行询盘、报盘
3、和还盘信函的撰写。3.熟悉涉及支付的各种信函,进一步掌握常用的固定搭配、外贸术语和短语,并要求应用该类信函中常用的核心词汇和套语,撰写有关不同付款方式及审证、改证相关信函。4.了解装运和包装信函的写作方法及相关句型和词汇,并能按买卖双方不同角色进行撰写。5.学会撰写因货物破损、错装、量不足等原因而引起的申诉、索赔和理赔的信函。6.通过实训,使学生在外贸模拟交易过程中初步具备函电谈判的能力。二、实践时间、内容和方式1.实践时间2011-2012学年第一学期第 17 周(2011.12.26-12.29)2.实践内容实践在经济管理系实验室世格软件平台上完成,包括两部分内容:(1)完 成 教 师 布
4、 置 的 题 目,以 及 使 用 世 格 外 贸 单 证 软 件(h t t p:1 0.1 6 1.1 3 1.1/d o c)完成题库中的内容。(2)1 8周用世格外贸实务软件的(h t t p:1 0,1 6 1.1 3 1.p r a c t i c e)进行 外贸单证课程实践的函电部分3.实践方式在经济管理系实验室的世格软件平台上操作。三、实践要求1 .纪律要求教师和学生都必须严格遵守实践纪律。学生必须服从带队老师指导。学生必须严格按照实践内容和时间安排进行实践,学生迟到,早退,请假等按学院制度办理。学生请假半天以内,应先写假条报教研室主任批准;超过一天,必须由系办公室批准,学生实际
5、实践时间不足三分之二者不予评定成绩。带队老师必须及时掌握实践情况,遇到问题应及时向教研室汇报。带队老师必须认真评定学生成绩,报教研室讨论和审定。2 .实践要求(1)遵守相关法律法规,不得在网上发表违法言论。(2)按实践内容,认真进行准备,积极开展调查活动,刻苦学习,并做好实践日记。(3)在实践期间每个角色必须完成以下任务应规定完成的任务,有余力的情况下尽可能地多完成函电书信,以熟练掌握进出口业务各个环节函电的撰写。(4)按实训内容中老师布置的题目以及单证软件中题库完成的书信,以及实训内容中结合外贸单证课程实践完成的函电部分,要以文档形式整合成实践报告,打印成册。3 .结果要求实践结束时,以班级
6、为单位,由各班班长在规定时间内将本班的实践报告、实践考勤登记册、实践收获与心得体会等材料送到国贸教研室。各实践指导老师应及时批改实践报告,做好评语批注和成绩评定、上报、录入等各项工作。(注:每位同学独立完成一份实践报告。实践报告要求用A 4纸统一打印,页面整洁,装订于学校的实践报告封皮之内。四、实践的组织管理1 .实践动员。为了切实做好这次实践教学,教研室拟召开实践动员会,对实践工作进行部署,提出实践任务和要求,重申实践纪律。2 .在实践过程中,指导老师与各班学生要密切配合,全力确保实践的顺利完成。每天安排2名老师进行实践指导(具体名单见附件),每位同学应对该班班长负责,各班班长应对指导老师负
7、责。凡不按要求参加实践的,或实践态度不端正的,其实践成绩将以不及格论处。3、实践结束后,各实践指导老师应及时批改实践报告,做好评语批注和成绩评定、上报、录入工作、同时积极参与实践总结材料的写作工作。五、实践考核及成绩评定办法1、学生按实践大纲要求,完成实训的全部内容,提交实训报告和相关资料后,方能参加课程实训考核。2、实训成绩考核依据:综合实践成绩根据实践态度、考勤记录、个人实践心得、软件评分以及个人实践报告打出初步成绩,由所有指导老师共同评定。最终成绩由所有指导老师共同评定。3 .评分按五级评分制,即:优秀,良好,中,及格,不及格。(注:评分时同一等级还可以细化评分)。日常考勤缺三分之一者成
8、绩评定为不及格。实践的重修将随下届本专业学生实践,成绩评定与该班学生一起进行。具体评分标准如下:(1)优 秀(9 0-1 0 0分):在专周实践过程中,态度认真、肯于钻研、遵守纪律;课程实践报告内容完整、整洁,符合要求;函电撰写文法规范,内容完整,基本无错误,实践心得充实,圆满完成课程实践任务。(2)良 好(8 0-8 9分)在专周实践过程中,态度认真、肯于钻研、遵守纪律;课程实践报告内容完整、整洁,符合要求;函电撰写文法较规范,内容较完整,仅有一小部分错误,实践心得较充实;较好地运用了所学的知识,较为圆满完成课程实践任务。(3)中 等(7 0-7 9分)在专周实践过程中,态度认真、遵守纪律;
9、自主实施实验,软件操作结果一般;课程实践报告内容较完整、整洁,符合要求;函电撰写文法基本规范,内容基本完整,存在一部分错误,较好记录实践心得;基本圆满完成课程实践任务。(4)及 格(6 0-6 9分)在专周实践过程中,态度较认真、遵守纪律;在帮助下基本可完成软件操作;课程实践报告内容完整,基本符合要求;有实践心得;函电撰写文法有一定问题,内容无原则性错误,基本上掌握了外贸函电书信的撰写的方法。(5)不及格(6 0分以下)属于下列情况之一者给予不及格:大部分内容不符合任务书要求,质量差,有较大原则性错误或很多错误,虽经教师指出,仍未认真改正;工作态度不认真,未完成规定的主要任务或抄袭严重;对函电
