1、 软装设计师助理岗位职责职位要求职责描述: 1、装饰室内设计,美术绘画等相关专业毕业,且至少要有1年以上相关工作阅历; 2、能娴熟操作AutoCAD 、PPT、Photoshop 等软件,对颜色搭配有肯定见解,懂得装修风格的根本元素和区分点; 3. 会量房,力量帮助软装设计师整套软装设计方案;用且有很强的执行力; 4、学习力量强、喜爱设计工作、略微懂得一点施工工艺; 5、擅长沟通,表达力量强,有团队精神; 工作地点:苏州好得家南楼五楼52、 525、543号。 岗位要求: 学历要求:大专 语言要求:不限年龄要求:不限工作年限:1年阅历 Edit 篇2:店铺经理/助理店铺经理(Assistant
2、)Store Manage岗位职责描述岗位要求 职位描述: Job title: Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager 岗位名称:店经理/副店经理 Reports to: Area Manager 汇报对象:区域经理 Duties and responsibilities 主要岗位职责: Sales 销售 1. Responsible for sales management and sales development of own store. 负责所治理店铺的日常销售治理及销售拓展; 2. Manage the business on a day t
3、o day basis by maximizing sales and achieving monthly targets. 负责店铺日常运营治理,确保店铺最大限度达成/实现每日、月销售业绩; 3. Perform various reports to provide sales analysis/forecast and suggest action plan to support the staff achieving targets. 供应有效的销售分析报告、猜测和行动规划建议,帮忙店铺完成既定目标; 4. Prepare reports, as per management reque
4、sts. 依据治理层要求,制作相关的报告。 Customer Service 客户效劳 1. Ensure that staff resolves customer complaints effectively. 确保下属员工准时、有效地处理客诉问题; 2. Lead and drive consistent customer service in store by role modeling desired behavior. 通过需求行为模型演练,引领店铺保持良好的、持续的符合公司标准要求的客户效劳水平。 Training and Development 培训和员工进展 1. Motiva
5、te and coach staff appropriately to ensure that respect of company procedures, values and team spirit are in line with corporate standards 以恰当的方式鼓励并积极训导下属员工,确保员工敬重公司的流程、价值观、团队精神,符合公司标准。 2. Supervise the training of the staff on company procedures, product knowledge, security and operations 监视对店铺员工开展
6、的有关公司流程、产品学问、安全意识、运营流程方面的培训。 3. Identify training and development needs for the staff and give feedback to Area Manager / Deputy Area Manager 通过有效分析及评估,识别员工培训及进展的需求,并准时反应给区域经理/区域副经理。 After Sales Service 售后效劳 1. Ensure that after sales service is duly provided by all staff. 确保所辖店铺员工根据公司标准要求良好执行售后效劳程序
7、; 2. Advice the store staff on after sales service procedure. 对店铺员工的售后效劳内容以及流程供应建议。 Operations / Housekeeping 运营/行政治理 1. Handle administrative duties, daily reports and staff duty rosters. 依据公司标准要求,正确执行店铺日常行政事务、日报表及排班; 2. Ensure proper functioning of all sales support IT systems. 确保店铺零售电脑销售系统正常运行; 3
8、. Ensure store is properly maintained. 确保店铺得到妥当维护; 4. Conduct daily briefing. 依据公司标准要求,组织完成所在店铺每日例会。 Merchandise / Inventory Control 商品/库存治理 1. Manage healthy stock level and product mix to reflect sales and customer demands. 治理好店铺库存和产品构造,使其维持在安康水平,真实反映销售状况和客户需求; 2. Support merchandise transfer, sto
9、ck take, inventory counts. 依据公司标准要求及流程,协作完成店铺货品流转、库存盘点、点数的有关事务; 3. Ensure safety and good condition of products. 确保所在店铺的安全性、货品处于良好环境和状态; 4. Ensure stock and back up storage are effectively managed in an organized manner. 依据公司治理要求,保证店铺库存及后备库存的有效治理。 Visual Merchandising 视觉陈设 1. Ensure window and inter
10、ior display changes pro-actively according to corporate guidelines, to feature various new products and create excitement. 确保所在店铺的橱窗、店内陈设依照公司陈设指引准时积极地进展陈设调整,以便展现新品,激发客户购置欲望; 2. Ensure store presentation meets brand requirement with proper visual and selling tools e.g. mirror, trays, gloves, display
11、materials, packaging. 确保所在店铺视觉陈设效果和销售帮助工具符合品牌治理要求,如:镜面、托架、手套、陈设道具、包装等。 CRM 客户关系治理 1. Acquire, build and maintain KEY customer relationship with follow up calls and activities to drive repeat visit and build customer loyalty. 积极猎取客户有效信息,建立和维护重点客户关系。通过电话跟进以及其他积极方式促进客户的到访,建立客户对品牌的忠诚度; 2. Support the organization of In-store 3. Ensure proper customer data acquisition and management on the IT system. 确保IT治理系统中正确录入完整的客户信息,妥当维护相关信息。
