2、留意和初一学问的连接,例如,复习积累基础词汇、词语搭配、句型,熟识不同单元呈现的语法规则,驾驭实际用法。希望第一学期后,能培育学生学习的爱好,养成较好的学习习惯,对基础学问有肯定的驾驭。 二、学生基本状况 本班共有60人,学生聪慧活泼、勤奋好学,但仍有少数学生对英语缺乏爱好,虽然在七年级时有意识地培育他们的爱好,取得了考试上的一些成果,但综合学习实力,尤其是自主学习实力不是很高。 三、我的指导思想 由于社会在不停地发展,信息化和经济全球化性,使英语的重要性日益突出,在义务教化阶段中,英语教化也是一个重要组成部分,通过英语学习,激发学生的爱好,驾驭学问,提高口语水平和交际实力,同时又能磨砺意志,

3、陶冶情操,拓宽视野,发展特性。在本学期的英语教学中,我要坚持以下理念的应用: 1、要面对全体学生,关注每个学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的爱好,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信念,培育创新精神。 2、整体设计目标,体现敏捷开放,目标设计以学生技能,语言学问,情感看法,学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础。 3、突出学生主体,敬重个体差异。 4、多听其他(她)老师的课,从中吸取精华。 四、我对教材分析 本学期我校运用2022年4月第一版,2022年6月第一次印刷的仁爱版英语,其上册有4个单元和12个话题以及2个复习单元,一共是6个单元,其中第2、第4单元后面分别设置了一个复习单元,与往年相比有新的语法和句

4、式,总共490个单词包括50个短语,此书由北京市仁爱教化探讨出版社依据英语课程标准编写,它起点低,按部就班,便利学生培育英语学习爱好,从而很快进入英语学习的状态,教材编排得特别好。 五、我的教学安排支配: 六、教材教学的重难点 本册教材内容的重点是语法归类,如:现在完成时、干脆引语和间接引语、被动语态等,难点也是语法和基本句型,这些重难点都应通过在语言材料的学习中刚好强化和总结,呈现图文并茂的教学内容,把语言学习和实际生活结合起来,增加学生的听说实力,并通过开展各种任务性活动,巩固所学的学问。激励学生通过思索、体验、参加、合作等方式来学习,增加学生独立思索的良好习惯以及口语表达和合作学习的实力

5、。 七、我本学期教学方法 英语的教化教学方法许多,各有优、缺点,老师可以针对不同的状况采纳不同的教学方法来加以弥补。针对我教的班级,本学期本人准备用下列方法对学生进行教化教学: 1、Teach English in English.英语终归是一门语言,训练的是学生的听、说、读、写、译的综合实力,在教学的过程中须要对学生的听、说、读、写、译的实力进行许多的训练,这就要求我们用英语来教英语,在课堂上对学生进行各种实力的训练。 2、Think English in English.用英语想,也就是用英语思索。学英语而不用英语思索,肯定学不好。用英语思索就是在用英语进行表达和理解时,没有美国人思索的介

6、入,或者说美国人思索的介入被压缩到了极不明显的程度。这是真正流利、娴熟的境界和标记。 3、背诵和多种练习结合。实事求是的说,大量背诵课文与大量多种练习的结合,乃是对于一切各不相同条件下的英语教学的普遍有效的方法。 4、合理利用课外资料,重点题要重点练习、重点讲解,做到主次分明,讲求实效。 5、针对不同的教学内容采纳不同的教学方法;。英语的内容较多,包括语音、词汇、语法、交际等等内容,假如对每一项内容都采纳同样的方法来进行教化教学,那么即使是再好的学生也不行能学好,再好的老师也不行能教好。因而,针对不同的内容采纳不同的教学方法是不行违反的。 总之,利用教材形式多样的写作练习,既能培育学生的想象力

7、,又能提高学生的写作技巧。并刚好总结语法和日常用语,巩固所学语言学问,同时注意学生学习爱好的培育,以不同方式限度的激发学生的学习动机。使学生对语言功能的相识,由感情上升到理性。在培育学生听说读写语言技能的基础上,开展综合探究活动进一步拓展学生的语言学问,在教学的过程中让学生多看,多记,多总结,多背、多练说来丰厚英语学问,提高学生的语言技能。以达到巩固、驾驭和运用的目的,最终形成语言技能。 八、我的教学协助活动 1“功夫不负有有心人”,我会常常激发爱好,增加容量,整体优化。 2、每日课前进行单词听写。 3、单词短语检测。 4、坚持值日生报告。 5、开展多种嬉戏和竞赛活动。 九、进行期末复习 本学

10、,学习策略方面还存在诸多须要进一步解决的问题。有的同学不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正相识到学习 英语的目的在于沟通,有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识,有些不敢开口,或者声音太小。通过初中一年的英语学习,许多学生已经能听懂有关熟识话题的语段和简短的故事,能与老师或同学就熟识的话题交换信息,总的来说,本班的英语具有挑战性,须要耗费不少的时间和精力。 四、目的要求 1、依据学生的特点以及英语学习的规律,采纳有效的教学手段和教学方法。创设生动活泼的语境,让学生运用所学语言开展活动。 2、本学期要着重留意培育学生良好的学习习惯,以保证课堂大容量、高密度、快节奏训练的绽开,还要注意培育学生的自学实力,指

12、。 3、突出学生主体,敬重个体差异,让学生在老师的指导下构建学问,提高技能,磨练意志,活跃思维,呈现特性,发展心智和拓展视野。 4、实施“一帮一”活动,让成果好的同学带动差生,同时亦监督差生每天的作业完成状况和背诵状况。 5、建立英语学习小组,并以小组为单位开展各种活动。同时,整合家长的力气,让家长在周末期间监督学生听磁带、读课文。 6、通过听、说、读、写等形式,进行大量的语言操练和练习。 7、每天利用固定时间进行阅读训练,使学生能尽快驾驭阅读技巧,培育阅读爱好,从整体上提高学生驾驭语言学问的实力。 8、以上几条,坚持每天落实,由组长负责,老师抽查,对于完成较好的组赐予激励表扬。同时,对不同层
