40、中如果只有教师的表演,而没有作为教学的主体学生的积极参与,教学是不会有成效的,这就要求教师要发努力调动每一位学生学习的积极性,激发学生的学习兴趣,吸引他们参与英语知识第16页共17页学习的过程主动练习。在教学中我设计丰富多彩的教学活动、游戏,从而激发学生学习英语的兴趣。如在本课教学中,师生共演第四幅图的对话这一环节,我就特意安排平时不敢开口的一位学生与我配合,出乎同学们的意料,他演得非常投入。面向全体学生、突出学生主体活动时,通过不同形式鼓励学生大胆使用英语,教学中通过体验、实践、讨论、合作、探究等方式,发展学生听、说、读、写的综合语言技能。英国语言大师 M韦斯特过:“外语是学会的,不是教会的。”这样说,并非否定教师之教,而是强调教师应充分调动学生的学习兴趣,提高其积极性。第17页共17页
