40、中如果只有教师的表演，而没有作为教学的主体学生的积极参与，教学是不会有成效的，这就要求教师要发努力调动每一位学生学习的积极性，激发学生的学习兴趣，吸引他们参与英语知识第16页共17页学习的过程主动练习。在教学中我设计丰富多彩的教学活动、游戏，从而激发学生学习英语的兴趣。如在本课教学中，师生共演第四幅图的对话这一环节，我就特意安排平时不敢开口的一位学生与我配合，出乎同学们的意料，他演得非常投入。面向全体学生、突出学生主体活动时，通过不同形式鼓励学生大胆使用英语，教学中通过体验、实践、讨论、合作、探究等方式，发展学生听、说、读、写的综合语言技能。英国语言大师 M韦斯特过：“外语是学会的，不是教会的。”这样说，并非否定教师之教，而是强调教师应充分调动学生的学习兴趣，提高其积极性。第17页共17页
