2、经济原因”、“知识产权与经济增长”、知识产权制度的激励机制” 三个基本问题。2、能用经济学的分析方法对知识产权的法律、制度及问题进行分析。（三）课程主要内容。绪论：知识产权作为一门生意。知识产权市场。知 识产权的市场价格与价值评估。专利经济学。版权经济学。商标经济学。知识产权 的宏观经济政策。内容简介 （英文）(A) Course statusThe economics of intellectual property is an elective course in the category of intellectual property professional education.
