There are 3 types of exercise: aerobic activities, strength training and flexibility training.Regular exercise does wonders for o
14、ur body and mind. For one thing, physical activity can increase the efficiency of our heart and lungs. For another, exercise is good for our mental health. It can help reduce stress and get over negative feelings.However, how to avoid injury is also of great importance. First, we should remember to warm up before exercising and stretch after exercising. Second, wearing proper clothes and equipment is a must. Finally, do not skip meals or eat too much before exercising which may do harm to your body.
