1、 泡沫除尘器施工安装、操作规程及注意事项 泡沫除尘器是一种结构简单的湿式除尘器,操作方便,维修简单,备品备件少,动行可靠,是焦化厂湿熄焦焦处理工艺中的专用除尘器设备,也广泛应用于矿山、冶金、化工、建材等部门的消烟除尘和气净化,改善劳动条件,防止大大气污染。BPC-90 系列泡沫除尘器是中冶焦耐工程技术有限公司在金属结构内衬玻璃钢的基础上改为全玻璃钢结构,筛板选用玻璃钢材料,增强了防腐性能。PFC-06 系列对原来的玻璃钢泡沫除尘器进行了改进和完善,增加了检查和清扫设施,最适合于含有腐蚀性粉尘的空气净化和烟气净化。工作原理 本除尘器由进气室、筛板、滤板、出气口、泥浆阀和供水系统等六个部分组成。在
2、通风机作用下,含尘空气由筒体侧部进入,因筒体面积比进风口面积大,气流速度降低,在筒体面上气流速度较为均匀上升,通过筛板孔时,由于气流作用,将筛板上的水,吹起了一定高度的泡沫层,增大了气液接触面积,使含尘空气与水充分接触洗掉空气中的粉尘。净化后的空气继续上升,经过二级挡水板时,空气中水滴附在挡水板上,自行滴落。空气由出气口经通风机排至室外。筛板上含污泥的水,部分从筛板孔流入下部筒体,一部分经中间益流管流入泥浆阀,由于水封作用,可组织尘气从泥浆阀进入除尘器。减少设备漏风量,根据排水量大小,调节阀体内排水阀门,使泥浆畅通,又要保持良好的密封性能。供水系统使用电磁阀控制开关。按要求调正供水量和筒体内风
3、量,控制泡沫层高度,使之泡沫均匀,达到理想的净化最佳效率。平台可供操作人员观察除尘器内部工作状态和检修时使用。为了更好的让除尘设备达到最好的除尘效果,请按以下规定操作。1.对腐蚀气体,本设计考虑了防腐措施。除尘设备选用耐酸玻璃钢材质的 PFC-06 型泡沫除尘器,通风机选用 HF4-72-11 型玻璃钢离心通风机,除尘管道(每节长 23 米)及构件均选用聚脂玻璃钢材质制做。2.除尘器在安装前要检查,检查在运输过程中有无损坏,零部件是否齐全完整,检修门是否严密。3.检查通风机型号,出口方向及电动机型号是否与设计要求相符,转动是否灵活,随后清除内部杂物,清洗注油,进行安装。4.将除尘器固定在土建预
4、埋的钢板上,要求设备安装平稳可靠,机组的安装一定要按设备施工说明书及施工图要求,将设备安装就位,安装后,泡沫除尘器的泡沫板必须保持水平。除尘器溢流水管接至排污漏斗内。5.在开工前,首先按图纸检查除尘设备,管道是否安装完毕,有无遗漏,调节阀门。检查孔,测定孔 闸板阀是否便于操作 开启方便,阀门转动是否灵活,随后清除内部杂物,进行试运转。6.检查泡沫除尘器有无漏水现象,筛板是否平整,供水入口压力是否大于 0.15MPa(工作压力为 0.10.15Mpa),排水是否畅通无阻,除尘器不可干用,不用会堵塞泡沫板,要定期检查清扫泡沫板,防止堵塞。7.各单位设备经过试运转合格后,方可进行联合试运转。8.在联
5、合试车时,先将风机入口闸板阀关闭,然后慢慢打开。在工艺生产系统给料后,要调节每个吸气罩上部蝶阀的开度,使吸气罩内保持一定的负压,灰尘不外逸为度,然后固定阀板位置。9.供水管上电磁阀规格:ZCLF40 型电磁阀。公称直径:40mm 连接螺纹:3/2 功率(VA):80 电源:220V50HZ 工作介质:水、气体 介质允许温度:-40600C 10.泡沫除尘器适用于净化硅石、粘土、焦炭、煤炭、石灰石、生白云石等粉尘、不能用于石灰、白云石熟料、轻烧镁砂等粉尘净化,避免堵塞筛板孔。11.采用泡沫除尘器的除尘系统,通风以前必须设置闸板,防止风量过大,泡沫层被击穿。12.除尘器阻力应选用上限,因挡水板极易
6、粘泥,增加除尘器阻力。13.寒冷地区使用泡沫除尘器,厂房内应设置集中采暖,防止冻结。14.泡沫除尘器不允许停水使用,因此操作顺序必须为:供水电磁阀开启13 分钟,除尘风机开启 13 分钟,生产设备起动。停止时顺序相反。15.进水口上水管道上,上下各有一个接管,上部为冲洗挡水板用街头下部为冲洗泥浆阀接头。风机的使用及维护注意事项 1.经常注意风机的振动情况,如有不正常噪声应立即停机检查.2.定期检查风机内部,发现叶轮和机壳内有积灰、污垢等杂质,应及时清除。经常检查电机及传动装置的润滑情况,定期更换润滑油。风机故障及产生原因:故障 原因 风机振动剧烈 1风机与电机不同心;2 机壳或风口与叶轮有磨擦
7、;3 基础不牢固;4 进出口风管安装不良、产生共振;5 叶片有积灰,污垢,叶片磨损、叶轮变形或轴弯曲使转子不平衡。轴承温度过高 1轴承箱振动剧烈;2 润滑脂不良或有杂质或填充量不当;3 轴承箱、座边接螺栓的紧力过大或过小;4 轴与轴承安装不当、前后两轴承不同心;5 滚动轴承损坏或轴变形。Foam dust collector construction and installation,and operation procedures and precautions Foam Filter is a simple structure of the wet scrubber,convenient
