4、ntractscanbelongorshort,formalorinformal,simpleorcomplicated,andverbalorwritten,ofwhichthemostpopularisthewrittencontractforpre-printedcontract.IntroductionTheimportanceofacontractinaninternationalsalestransactioncannotbeunderestimated.Sotheexportershouldavoidviewingthecontractmerelyasadocumentthati

5、nitiatestransactionandsubsequentlyisfiledandforgotten.Contractsmustbedraftedwithanawarenessofthebackgroundofthelawinwhichthetransactiontakesplace,withaclearconceptionofthevariousservicesitmaybecalledupontorender,etc.IntroductionSectionOneDefinitionoftheContractWhatiscontractAcontractisanagreementbet
