1、1道歉信一、谋篇布局道歉信通常包括三部分内容：1、写信目的，表示歉意。简要说明写信目的，为自己的过失表示歉意，希望得到对方的谅解，并引出下文。2、陈述原因，提出弥补措施；详细说明当时的情况，解释原因，语气要诚恳，理由要真实。如果可以弥补，真诚地提出补救方法，希望能消除误会，弥补过失。3、请求原谅，希望得到理解。再次表示歉意，愿意为此负责，希望以后不再出现类似不愉快事件。好的道歉信不仅会取得对方的谅解，还会增进彼此的感情。二、常见句型【part1】开头常用句式1.Iam extremely sorry that.Im writingto tell you thereasonforit.非常抱歉。
