42、基坑周边环境复杂不能采取预降水措施,以及个别搅拌桩施工局部位置发生偏差等情形都可能造成地连墙鼓包和局部漏筋现象。3.3 预埋件、接驳器偏位原因分析预埋件、接驳器按设计位置布置,在施工过程中,由于成槽累计误差,钢筋笼吊装误差,钢筋笼上浮或下沉,引起预埋件较大的偏位。3.4 地连墙侵限原因分析地连墙外放10cm 以防止施工误差造成侵限问题,但由于场地南端存在大量管桩,以及搅拌桩槽壁加固垂直度控制不够,仍可能造成侵限主体结构。3.5 地连墙墙身夹泥层原因分析灌注时导管与导管的间距过大,摊铺面积不够,两个管灌注混凝土时不同步,导致灌注速度不一致,上升的速度也不一致,浮在最顶部的泥第 7 页,共 7 页
