1、一、前言拟建工程概况我院受*村委会的委托,承担其拟建*工程场地的岩土工程勘察任务。拟建场地位于*境内,沿海大通道的西南侧,其西北侧为古浮村居民区和其他规划建设用地,东北侧为后期规划用地及泉州加顺彩印有限公司用地,东南侧为石狮市源兴金圣服装有限公司用地。该*工程总占地面积约8200m2,总建筑面积 56000m2,共包括 A5A10、A12、A14和 B1B4安置楼等 12 个单体项目,该工程由武夷山建筑设计研究院有限公司负责设计,拟设计采用桩基础。建筑物的性质和特点如下表1-1:建筑物设计参数表表 1-1工程项目整平标高(m)层数高度(m)结构质式最大单柱荷重(KN)拟用基础A5安置楼7F框架

3、表表 1-2勘察任务、目的和要求本次勘察属详细勘察阶段。勘察的主要目的与任务是:查明场地及附近范围内有无影响工程建设的不良地质现象;查明场地地基土层结构特征、分布规律;查明场地地下水埋藏与赋存条件,分析与评价场地地下水对建筑物基础施工影响以及对建筑材料腐蚀性情况;划分场地土类型与建筑场地类别,对场地地震效应进行分析;分析并评价场地地基稳定性与适宜性,对拟建物基础方案选择提出合理建议,并提供满足基础设计方案的岩土参数。勘察依据本工程勘察主要依据以下文件和现行规范进行:业主提供的拟建物总平面图、合同书、勘察任务委托书;准则工程建设标准强制性条文(房屋建筑部分);工程重要性等级二岩土工程勘察等级乙场

11、R1X2V4X4D3 ZG6R8I8R4A9国标岩土工程勘察规范(GB50021-2001);国标岩土工程勘察规范(GB50021-2001)局部修订条文;国标建筑抗震设计规范(2008 年版)(GB50011-2001);国标建筑地基基础设计规范(GB50007-2002);国标土工试验方法标准(GB/T50123-1999);行标建筑桩基技术规范(JGJ94-2008);省标岩土工程勘察规范(DBJ13-84-2006);福建省建设厅、福建省地震局文件(闽建设 200237 及200310 号)。勘察方法和勘察工作完成情况本次勘察根据相关规范及技术要求,并结合场地的岩土工程条件,首次共布设

12、66 个勘探孔,原则上沿拟建物的周边及各角点布设,钻孔编号ZK1ZK66;野外地质勘探自2010 年 03 月 09 日开始,至 2010 年 03 月 25日结束,采用两台GXY-1工程钻机泥浆循环护壁工艺钻进,对于上部土层采用回转钻进,无泵投球取芯工艺;对于强风化花岗岩层采用双动双管取芯工艺,对于中等风化花岗岩采用金刚石钻头回转钻进,回次进尺,岩芯采取率满足规范要求。并进行现场标准贯入试验,采取岩、土、水试样,孔口标高测量及量测地下水位等工作(具体工艺方法详见第5 节)。所有钻孔在钻探取芯、观测结束后,均按要求采用原土或干的粘土球分层回填击实处理。文档编码:CT1V9Y4Y7I2 HR1X

28、成果揭示,场地第四纪土层以冲积、坡残积成因为主,基底母岩为燕山早期花岗岩。在勘探深度范围内场地的岩土层自上而下可划分为七层,其工程性能、厚度及分布特征综合叙述如下:(1)、素填土:褐黄、灰褐等色,松散,稍湿湿,新近人工堆填,欠压实;其成份以山坡土或粘性土回填为主,土体含个别碎石、块石、少量植物根茎等,密实度和均匀性较差。其修正后标准贯入试验击数范围值N=击,标准值 N=击。该层除 ZK32、ZK33、ZK35、ZK40、ZK43、ZK47、ZK48、ZK49、ZK56、ZK57、ZK59和 BK11、BK12、BK17、BK18、BK20号孔有分布,一般厚度;工程性能不良。(2)、中砂:灰白、

45、深,层厚,岩体具低压缩性,力学强度和工程性能好。(6)强风化花岗岩:褐黄、灰黄、灰白色,饱和,岩质较坚硬,含氧化铁、石英砂、高岭土、原岩结构清晰可见,长石矿物需用力碾压后始成粉状物,仍有 24mm 小颗粒残留,不能碾碎,属极破碎、极软岩,综合评定其岩体基本质量等级分类为V 类;其工程性能和强度良好。现场标准贯入试验修正后标准值N50 击,范围值 N=击,标准值 N=击,本次勘察该层除 ZK21、ZK29、ZK61、ZK62和 ZK64号孔缺失外均有分布,顶板埋深,揭露厚度,钻探过程中未发现有洞穴、软弱夹层或临空面。(7)中等风化花岗岩:灰黄、灰白等杂色,岩质坚硬,岩芯呈短柱状长柱状;岩体裂隙、
