9、/251、产品简介机械原理、机械设计课程是培养学生具有机械基础知识及机械创新能力的技术基础课。在机械类各专业中教学计划是主干课程。在培养合格机械工程设计人才方面起着极其重要的作用,是学习专业课程和从事机械产品设计的必备准备。本设计题目是蜂窝煤成型机构,设计的最初想法来源于自己以往的亲身经历。小时候家里虽然没有蜂窝煤机,但是却有那种人力的像打气筒似的人力蜂窝煤成型机,不过所造蜂窝煤形状都不太理想。即时是长大后产生的大型电动蜂窝煤成型机的机构,制造出的煤块也或多或少存在着许多避之不及的缺陷,即有些机构制造出的煤块不够敦实,放干后有一些裂纹;有些机构造出的煤块经常出现孔内坍塌现象;有些机构在工作是会

10、出现许多不能及时清理的煤屑,造成工作环境的相对恶劣,等等。本设计的诞生不仅克服了许多造煤块机构难以克服的缺陷,还在机械传动的能耗以及电动机选择上做了优化,很大程度上做到了美化环境及节约有限能源。本设计考虑到各组成机构的可行性与合理性,选择了两种运动方案:一是机构拥有了带传动结构简单、传动平稳、具有过载保护作用,槽轮机构结构简单,工作可靠等特性,二是有了齿轮传动结构紧密,寿命长,效率高等优点。本设计的许多地方牵涉到了机械传动以及齿轮传动的知识,进一步验证和细化了专业理论知识,是我们对本专业的发展方向有了更清楚的认识。另外,本机构安全、实用的思想设计而出,市场前景广阔,适用范围比较广泛,既可以用于

18、压板 8 以弹簧 7 与滑块 1 相连,通过弹簧压缩时所产生的弹簧力将型煤压实。为了提高生产率,将机器作成多工位的,把上料、成型、卸煤等工序集中在一台机器上连续完成。机器执行构件的运动图如图1-1 所示。滑块 1 上装有冲孔压实压头4 和卸煤推杆 5,作往复直线运动(A1);工作盘 2 上有五个模孔,I 为上料工位,为成型工位,为卸料工位,做间歇回转运动(A2);上料器 3 作连续回转运动(A3);将型煤运出的传送带做匀速直线运动(A4);冲头每次退出工作盘后,扫煤杆在冲头下面扫过,作清除煤屑的扫煤运动(A5)。A1的运动参数取决于生产率,取172/minnr。考虑到料煤高度与型煤高度之比(压

19、缩比)为2:1,工作盘高2150mmHh。为使工作盘转位速度不致太高,取 压头 在 工作 盘内 和工作 盘外 的位移相 等,即 冲头 的行程 为12300Hhmm。A2运动应与 A1协调配合,工作盘转位时,压头必须在工作盘外,其运动参数2172/minnnr其运动系数 应小于 0.5。综合考虑各运动的关系,暂取工作盘转位时的运动系数=160/3600.444。A3的运动参数参考现有机器取n3=120r/min。A4运动的传送带速度要保证前一块煤运走后,后一块煤才能卸落在传送带上。设煤块的间距为2=0.2m,则传送带速度为678451A1图 1-1机器执行构件的运动图文档编码:CM1A2M5D9
