1、投诉信投诉信可以分为两大类：1. 表达在购物过程中的不满，可能是买到了质量不好的商品，写信要求退换货；或者是遭遇了不好的服务，写信给经理/报社表达不满。2.针对自己身边遇到的一些问题，比如家旁边开了个化工厂，对自己的切身利益造成了危害，写信给相关部门或媒体，除了表达不满以外，还要针对此问题，提出自己的意见/建议，希望得到妥善解决。Para 1: 自我介绍交代投诉的内容Para 2:说明产品问题细节拓展Para 3: 希望如何处理盼望尽快答复1. 必备词汇1. 抱怨 complain about 2. 表达不满 convey/express ones dissatisfaction 3. 对满意
