8、WIPO and IP official websites of varied countries;b.知识产权相关政府部门网站；governmental websites relating IP c.专利商标检索查询网站；patent,trademark retrieval and consulting websites;d.网络上的论文、期刊数据库；data banks of thesis and journals on the web e.相关专业期刊、图书、杂志等出版物；relevant professional journals,books and magazines f.学术交流会
9、、销售展会、行业协会等；academic convention,symposium and seminar,fair and exhibition,industrial associations etc.g.从知识产权服务机构、客户、供方、外协方、合作方、行业协会等相关方直接获得；IP service agent institutes,customers,suppliers,cooperative partners,cooperation partners,industry association;h.其他途径。Other paths 5.2 信息的收集、分析、传递 The collectio
10、n,analysis and transfer of information 5.2.1 销售部每年收集竞争对手的专利等知识产权信息，并填写知识产权信息收集表后传递给技术部。Sales dept.shall collect IP patent info of rivals yearly and fill in IP information collection form which shall be sent to Technical Dept.5.2.2 技术部每年初收集所属行业及技术领域的专利等知识产权信息；并对技术部及销售部收集的所属领域和竞争对手的专利等知识产权信息进行分析，形成知识产权信息分析记录。
