1、 东东莞莞强强强强新新能能源源科科技技有有限限公公司司 正正极极QY-103+QY-103+负负极极BTR-AGBTR-AG测测试试报报告告一、实验目的:验证QY-103、BTR-AG材料以及低端隔膜组成的低端体系性能,开发一套性价比高的低端体系。二、实验方案:1、电池型号:983450AR-1000mAh 2、正极采用以QY-103为正极的油性体系,负极采用以RTR-AG为负极的水性体,采用生产上成熟的工艺进行制造。3、正极配方:材料QY-103S-PKS-63F-905固含量比例(%)92.81.81.83.662 4、负极配方:材料BTR-AGS-PCMCSBR固含量比例(%)95.50

9、m。以上数据均能满足要求,但容量和厚度变化较大,在设计时要考虑到容量的设计余量在70mAh以上,在封口前厚度控制在9.9mm内。四、成本核算 从原材料对983450AR-1000mAh单只电芯成本进行核算,根据该体系的材料用量以及价格,合格率以90%计算,则原材料成本在2.74元/pcs;合格率以85%计算,则原材料成本在2.90元/pcs。五、总结 1、该体系使用的正极、负极及隔膜纸等材料,成本核算在2.90元/pcs(按照85%合格率计算)。2、该体系发挥正常,性能能够满足一般低端要求。3、该体系设计的容量余量需要按照试验设计,给出80mAh以上的预留,以确保贮存一段时间,容量可以满足要求
10、。4、该体系制作的电芯,要尽快出货,最好在下线后的15天内,以免出货时电芯容量不足。5、在使用该体系,由于预留空间大,要注意注液量的控制,主要是要对设备参数进行调整。六、补充说明 以上是983450AR-1000mAh的体系,按照单价4.9元/pcs,完全可做。针对633664A-1000mAh,负极材料要做调整,引进价格38元/KG的石墨可以解决(前期有数据,可做小实验进一步验证),其余不变,成本核算在2.94元/pcs,单价提高0.05元/pcs,所以对方报价4.05元/pcs,价格偏低。1C循环容量保持率曲线图147101316192225283134374043464952555861
