1、S.G.保险单S.G.保单是劳爱德 S.G.标准保单的简称，1779年开始使用。它是 1906 年英国议会通过的海上保险法的第一附件，成为英国法定的海上标准保险单。由于英国长期以来在海上保险业的主导地位，使得 S.G.保单对全世界保险业有着非同寻常的影响。但是由于该保险单拟定时是将船、货一起作为保险标的承保的，与现代航运业的现状完全背离，所以已于 1983 年 4 月 1 日起被废止。第1页/共15页The S.G.Form of Marine Insurance policy(As printed in the First Schedule of the Marine Insurance A
2、ct,1906)STANDARD S.G.pOLICYBe it known that(In the name of God,Amen,which was the words used in 1779 standard S.G.policy)as well in own Name,as for and in the Name and Names of all and every other person or persons to whom the same doth may,or shall appertain,in part or in all,doth make Assurance,an
3、d cause and them,and every of them,to be insured,lost or not lost,at and from Upon any kinds of goods and Merchandise and also the Body,tackle.Apparel,Ordance,Munition,Artillery,Boat and other Furniture,of and in the good Ship or Vessel called the whereof is Master under God,for this present Voyage,
4、or whosoever else shall go for Master in the said Ship,or by whatsoever other Name or Names the same Ship,or the Master thereof,is or shall be named or called;beginning the Adventure upon the said Goods and Merchandise from the loading thereof aboard the said Ship,upon the said Ship etc.,andshall so
5、 continue and endure during her Abode there,upon the said Ship,etc.;and further,until the said Ship.With all her Ordnance,Tackle,Apparel,etc,and Goods and Merchandises whatsoever,shall be arrived at upon the said Ship,etc,until she hath moored at Anchor Twenty four Hours in good Safety;and upon the

8、.Thieves,Jettisions,Letters of Mart and Countermart,Surprisals,Takings at Sea,Arrrest,Restraints and Detainments of all Kings,princes and people,of what Nation,Condition or Quality soever,Barratry of the Master and Mariners,and of all other perils,Losses and Misfortunes that have or shall come to th
9、e Hurt,Detriment or Damage of the said Goods and Merchandise and Ship,etc.,or any part thereof;and in case of any Loss or Misfortune.It shall be lawful to the Assured,their Factors.Servants,and Assigns,to sue,labour,and travel for,in and about the Defence,Safeguard and Recovery of the said Goods and

19、凭证上不载明保单背面保险条款，其余内容与大保单完全相同。凡保险凭证上没有列明的内容均以同类的大保单为准。小保单的法律效力与大保单相同。流动保险和预约保险中往往开出保险凭证。第11页/共15页批单批单是海上保险合同变更的书面形式。保险人应被保险人变更合同内容的要求，把变更的事项在海上保险单或保险凭证上批注说明，或者另外出具列明变更内容和有保险人签章的批改书并附贴在海上保险单或保险凭证上，不管哪种方式，可通称为批单。合同内容就以批单为准。批注优于正文，加贴批注优于正文批注，后批优于前批，书写优于打印第12页/共15页暂保单暂保单：临时保险单，是在保险人签发正式保单或保险凭证之前出具的，为了业务上的需要，如保险人在接收被保险人的投保申请时，因遇到特殊情况，不能立即作出承保决定，为了满足被保险人的保险，需要而出具临时保险单证。一般由保险代理人或经纪人出具，时效较短，通常为30天。第13页/共15页经保险人签章的投保单经保险人签章的投保单：投保单本身不是海上保险合同，但是只要合同双方在上面签字盖章，即表明已经为保险人接受，就成为海上保险合同订立的证明，成为合同的组成部分。第14页/共15页感谢您的欣赏！第15页/共15页
