2、技术专项课程基本上是套路和散打，教学内容单调，武术与民族传统体育中其它精彩项目如舞龙舞狮、摔跤等项目牵涉较少，并且课程的设置完全根据师范专业的教学形式培养。做好河北省武术与民族传统体育专业毕业生就业工作，就必须认真研究该专业毕业生的就业现在状况、毕业生流向、社会需求动向，就业特点、以及影响毕业生就业的因素和对策研究。把握社会对人才需求的第一手资料，有利于体育院校根据市场需求，有针对性的培养人才，能够有机的结合实际情况有针对性地开展就业指导工作。 本文以现实需要为出发点，运用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法，在当下大学生就业形势严峻的背景下，以民族传统体育专业毕业生的就业情况为切入点进
3、行研究。通过对河北省高校武术与民族传统体育专业 2018 至 2020 届的毕业生就业资料和毕业流向的研究，为河北省武术与民族传统体育专业新一届的毕业生了解人才市场需求信息，发现当下民族传统体育专业学生就业时存在的问题，并提出相应的解决对策，总而使学生树立新的择业观，加强择业意识和竞争意识，树立就业自信心，顺利完成就业，进而更好的成才、更好的为社会当代化建设服务，为毕业生在择业经过中能顺利找到最佳立足点打下良好的基础，使体育院校毕业生就业走向规范化、法制化、制度化的轨道提供帮助。 通过研究得出下面结论： 1.河北省高校民族传统体育专业毕业的学生，所面临的就业形势较为严峻，所学专业的就业面较窄。
4、 2.河北省高校民族传统体育专业毕业的学生，需要加强对社会就业形势的严峻程度的认识。 3.河北省高校民族传统体育专业毕业的学生，大部分的学生期望毕业以后能进入收入相对稳定的国家机关、事业单位，从事公务员、老师的职业。 4.影响河北省高校民族传统体育专业毕业的学生就业的原因主要有社会因素、家庭的因素、学校的因素以及个人的因素。 5.针对就业形势严峻的现在状况，需要通过学生本身提高个人的综合能力，学校继续加强就业指导的工作并与市场需求的衔接并不断完善专业的课程设置，以及相关职能部门的一系列调控和监管，提高河北省高校民族传统体育专业学生的就业率。 本文关键词语：河北省高校，武术与民族传统体育专业，大
