1、村小教师积极情绪与职业怠倦的相互作用探究,教育心理学论文通过对以往研究的查阅，当前关于乡村老师职业倦怠的研究并不多，大多数老师职业倦怠的研究都集中于一般老师群体，并未对乡村老师这一群体单独进行职业倦怠的研究。另外，在以往研究中，由于分类研究的缺失，一般老师群体研究所出现的结果能否能够推广至乡村老师群体仍然值得商榷。积极情绪对于乡村小学老师的职业倦怠能否与一般性群体内的研究结果相一致，当前亟待研究。 本研究采用量化研究与质性研究相结合的方式方法，对乡村小学老师的职业倦怠及积极情绪进行研究，以期能进一步拓展乡村小学老师的职业倦怠的理论研究，并为后期的干涉工作提供理论基础，在这里基础上为我们国家农村
2、基础教育发展历程提供参考。 访谈结果，乡村小学老师的积极情绪对职业倦怠有直接缓解效应，乡村小学老师的积极情绪提高老师复原力，乡村小学老师的积极情绪带来更合理的应对压力方式，乡村小学老师的积极情绪提高教师自我效能感。 结论：本研究采用问卷调查及质性研究的方式方法，对乡村小学老师的职业倦怠进行研究，综合两个部分的研究及结果分析，得出下面结论：第一，乡村小学老师的积极情绪与职业倦怠间存在显着负相关。第二，积极情绪对乡村小学老师的职业倦怠存在直接缓解作用。第三，积极情绪为乡村小学老师建设更好心理资本进而减轻职业倦怠。第四，积极情绪对乡村小学老师的认知构造的改善减轻职业倦怠。 本文关键词语：乡村老师 职
