1、国际城市可持续发展研究进展与启迪(4),可持续发展论文当前，我们国家关于城市可持续发展的研究集中于经济学、生态学和地理学领域。研究重点包括：城市可持续发展的影响因素，多数研究从资源、环境、交通、社会经济等单因素入手70-72,牵涉因素间互相作用关系的系统性研究较少；城市可持续发展的机制，如管理机制、法规机制、利益机制、舆论机制和道德机制构等73-75,主要对管理和法规等行为机制展开讨论；城市可持续发展的形式，如从生态学视角出发构建生态城市、低碳城市、园林生态城市等76-78;城市可持续发展规划，在城市总体规划和土地规划等方面融入可持续发展理念，如构建可持续发展的道路系统和社区发展形式等79-8
2、1;城市可持续发展评价，如城市生态网服务系统评价、可持续发展能力和潜力的评价体系建设及测度、城市承载力评价等82-84.总体而言，我们国家城市可持续发展研究已经开场从注重经济发展转向注重生态环境视角，城市资源环境和生态系统的可持续发展方面的研究已经与国外的研究水平相当，灾后应急重建，全国性尺度的城市和区域综合管理等方面的研究走在世界前列。 通过如上梳理能够发现，和国外研究相比，我们国家对城市可持续发展的研究，存在如下欠缺：研究方向上，对城市社会可持续发展的关注较为欠缺，在隔离、犯罪、城市贫困和不公平等方面的研究还是凤毛麟角。但事实上，中国城市中的阶层分异和寓居隔离已经开场显现，亟需开展城市社会
3、可持续发展问题的深切进入研究。研究方式方法上，国外学者的研究融合了社会科学和自然科学的手段，而我们国家学者的研究多以基于GIS、RS和数学模型的量化研究为主，复杂的城市化进程和频发的资源环境事件对城市可持续研究产生了宏大的需求，有待构成具有多学科穿插创新能力的研究团队。 针对城市可持续发展研究的国际动态、我们国家现有研究基础和将来我们国家城市的发展需求，我们国家城市可持续发展研究需要并有望在下面方面产生快速突破：城市所在腹地的资源承载力研究。从近年来多发的地震以及海啸等事件对城市造成的严重创伤看，全球当前还缺乏指导城市适应灾祸和降低自然灾祸风险的科学机制，如2018年海地地震后，城市系统功能长
4、期无法恢复；日本福岛密集分布的4座核电站，大幅扩大了2018年海啸所带来的影响。这些事实都讲明亟需在城市及其腹地建立资源环境承载力和灾祸风险的应急及预警系统。我们国家经过汶川和玉树地震等重大自然灾祸的磨练，在城市灾祸预警和快速响应方面已经积累了丰富的经历体验，能够在国际上引领相关研究的前沿。综合经济和社会发展、自然资源、生态环境等多因素的城市可持续性评价。固然经济增长是城市发展的永续动力，但城市发展以提高人类生活水平为最大福祉，所以单方面评价显然是不恰当的。另外城市演化进程和内外环境的复杂性等对城市可持续性评价提出了很高的要求，好的评价体系既要尊重科学规律，也要能为国家政策和区域发展提供基本参
5、考，便于发现城市可持续发展中的短板，对症下药。综合应用多种研究方式方法和技术手段有望为城市可持续发展研究提供支持。从发展的现实需要看，一般的定性与定量方式方法已经远远落后于实践中关于城市可持续发展调控的需要。当前地学中的RS、GIS等方式方法，基于地学和生态学的计算机仿真技术以及与其它学科穿插融合的规划决策支持方式方法，都为相关研究的技术突破提供了可能。 以下为参考文献： 1 UNDP,中国社科院城市发展与环境研究所。 2020中国人类发展报告R. 2020. 2 Pijawka D.
